good effect, helped my pain without wiping me out, yet at least, but I think I will stick to vaping (my vaporizer lost a part), or making edibles, killed my throat, but I don't usually smoke so it may be different for you, but needed quick relief, was on my feet to much today, was good for that.

Top 3 strains I've had...

Good Hybrid, although it didn't kick in fast like most people say. Strain has a good taste and definitely a good strain to smoke for a relaxing, chill high.

Jah helps relieve my permanent left eye pressure/pain.

This strain was is amazing, the one I got was named “Jah OG”, assuming this strain is the closest to what I smoked, tho I only smoked a few bowls I gotta say when I was grinding this Bud i underestimated it:)
