Smells like eucalyptus (which for me is great I love the smell of eucalyptus) with undertones (man that sounds pretentious haha) of herbs
Fantastic head highs, nice "underwater but cottony" feeling when moving, extreme euphoria and giggle-fits.
It can get me couchlocked occasionally if I'm feeling contemplative but most of the time I end up playing guitar or really vibing to music so the description is right when it says it allows for mobile highs. Fantastic sativa strain in my opinion. Few small puffs and I can make fascinating art, couple larger tokes and I'm blissfully unable to feel sad.
Amplifies senses too, when I get really high I can keep myself occupied for 5 minutes just running my hands across my face and breathing deeply in and out.
Great for treating anxiety and depression-spectrum disorders. Largely effective at masking chronic pain as well but occasionally mild jabs of pain might sneak through. Overall though it stops pain. Combine with an ibuprofen and you're floating pain-free.
Definitely my number 1 right now, best sativa I've had. I drive 40 miles round trip to pick it up.
My score for Jack One is less about the quality of the high and more about how it compares to the hype and to other premium-grade strains. After trying it 4-5 times, I've concluded J1 produces a very nice, reasonably strong high. But it's not the first thing I go to when I have other premium options. Right now, I have GSC, GG4, Blue Dream and J1 in my jar, and I'll go for the GSC or GG4 before the J1, which is on around the same level as Blue Dream for me. It doesn't creep much; I feel it pretty quickly after I've started, and it has a nice, rounded effect - slowly builds up, peaks, and slowly drops down. The high is gone around 3-1/2 - 4 hours after 1 bowl. It's woodsy and citrucy, very easy at medium burn temps, but it gets harsh when you turn up the heat just a little. I experienced mild-to-moderate munchies - nothing overwhelming, which was nice. I will never say no to J1; It's good stuff. It's just not as good as its hype and doesn't stand out amongst its high-THC peers. I pay $65 for 1/4 of GG4, $70 for 1/4 of GSC and $90 for 1/4 of J1, making it a low-value purchase. I'll smoke it and enjoy it all day, but I can't justify a high rating. 3/5
Select Cartridge was just ok. It tasted really nice and herbal. I got a decent body lift about 5 minutes after 3 or 4 pulls. I also felt some paranoia and a lot of anxiety with this strain. Not the most unpleasant version, but I wouldn't buy again.
This by far has to be one of my favorite strains. I have tasted and tried over hundreds of different strains and this is by far top 5!
I have been dealing with anxiety and depression and this strain hit the spot. I was able to focus really well on my tasks and the effect lasted a good long while. So the usage was low since its potency is so high. With some one with a high tolerance like me, this is important.
It’s definitely one of the best strains I’ve ever smoked. Like a fine bourbon, it is so smooth you don’t realize you’re taken a hit but wham then it hits you. PS I’ve been smoking for over 50 years.
Great day-time strain. Light and euphoric. Will turn any bad day into a good one. Take a few hits before doing something creative , or maybe chores around the house. Very giggly high , with no couch-lock feeling. It was almost fruity, slightly citrusy. I smoked this in a dab cartridge form , and my experience may differ from yours.
This strain brought me back from the Abyss after a single bowl. Bowl two brought me to new heights.
I can't imagine how good I'll feel if starting the session from a positive mind space.
J1 is a beautiful flower.
Thankful as hell J1 is around again! The best sativa you or I will ever smoke. Costly, but if you can find a better strain than this one reply to this review
