This one creeps up on you, you don't really feel it until a few minutes later on in the smoke. Great smell, smoked up my car and left it smelling a surprisingly good sweet and berry smell. The buds looked pretty dirty and not much crystals, but that's probably from the way they grew it. I got it from Vermont. Good body high and gives you a slap in the face, not to get up and do something but to sit down and relax. I felt like a prized feather from the 15 th century in which an aristocrat would dip in ink and sign important manifestos at the time. Great smoke for a random Tuesday night school night. Makes you pretty and I can't wait to fall asleep in like a few minutes and wake refreshed in the morning. Overall, a good indica but not the best weed I have have.
Possibly one of my favorite strains of all time. This strain will make you an astronaut after you hit it a couple times. I highly suggest GDP for pain and stress or if you just want to chill out.
For reference, I have cancer of the brain/spine, obviously extreme pain. I have use many different strains for pain, stress, nausea, relief. Granddaddy is a step above even the best of others for this use. Makes OG Kush seem like a lightweight in comparison. The sense of calm and relief is immediately noticeable. My connoisseur friends who dab, and are rarely "impressed" by a new strain, tried this, and after a single large hit, I was met with, "oh you aren't kidding. That is special". As someone with cancer pain and Trigeminal Neuralgia, this one isn't just a special high. It is a lifesaver. When in large amounts of pain, but things to do, this strain banishes my demons while allowing mental clarity to continue to function. I have powerful prescription painkillers at my disposal. This packs the punch of 10-20mg of Roxycodone. It represents the pinnacle of cancer pain relief a strain can provide, without many of the minor downsides (laziness, couch-lock) that Indicas are known for. - I use this site a lot, and if I'm going to put my two cents in, its to honor this wonderful strain.
realized today after having used this strain for 2 days into managing my PTSD that for the first time in over 30 years I can actually sit on the swing in my yard.... actually swing.... and not get motion sick!!! This is EPIC for me. maybe now i can go boating with my husband and not dread it. .. i am so excited, there are no words.... more to follow in a few days on other reviews as i journey into The New Adventures of Old Pam 😝
I rarely give 5 star reviews anymore,
but OMG .... and the bag appeal is nice. Def top shelf, 5 *
As i suffer from anxiety, this indica delivers the Perfect Puch...with no Paranoia
THREE P'S for these purps! Btw, this bud is LOUD smell wise,. ......unfortunate if you are using discretion
I love this strain. It makes me super happy and relaxed. Definitely amazing for stress and depression.
Taking for pain and muscle spasms. The sleepiness and arousal are both awesome added bonuses.
The grand- pimp- daddy of the purps! I went to a clinic to get some king louie which is one of my absolute faves and they had run out. the budtender finally showed me this stuff and as soon as I smelled it I was like yeah! It has a grape smell and taste. Very smooth going down. Gives you a great euphoric body high and a stoney head change followed by a sleepy feeling. it is great for stress pain and anxiety. my only regret? I didn't buy more.
