I’m as nearly two year survivor of Leukemia and I have found the ultimate strain for the side effects of my chemo meds. APPETITE: I had lost nearly 50 lbs (220 to 170) due to my lack of appetite. My first experience was just this last Dec 2020, and it sold me on just the body high I got, but I was I impressed with what it did for my appetite. Since then I’ve gained back 15 lbs. by simply being able to eat my regular portions at BLD. I take 4-5 deep bong rips around 5pm and eat dinner. I strongly recommend ordering in. If you’re enjoying with low tolerance friends, I suggest they take 1, no more than 2 hits and let marinate for 15 minutes. I almost guarantee they will thank you for the great long lasting buzz....and I mean BUZZ. Then be ready to melt in to the couch under a nice soft blanket and watch something very cerebral because, that’s all you’ll be capable of accomplishing. Peace, Love, Be a GREAT HUMAN

This strain is amazing and super helpful for when I have anxiety. I felt like I was more productive, less distracted, and overall could manage my pain better steadily through out the day.

I tried the District Cannabis version of the Gelato Cake. I have always wanted a strain to knock me off my feet, and this strain is one of them. This strain may not be high in myrcene, but it has a great amount of linalool. Some pinene, which usually messes with my anxiety, it didn’t this time. This strain couch locked me. Which I loved!

This shit took me from not at all okay, full depression and ideation, to literally jamming to music and dancing in my kitchen. It calms me the fuck out nearly immediately without couch locking me or making me feel like I’m too high to think or function. Highly recommend for an enjoyable good mood high without being too much.

ound this strain in two separate dispensaries in Co, one in Trinidad the other in Salida (3D). In Trinidad it was priced high at 15/g, in Salida it was only 20/eighth. In Trinidad it was a “vault” flower and entirely purple having the best bag appeal in the shop with small flakes of green and bright orange pistils alike it’s cookie/cake relatives and its gelato linage. In Salida it was a little less purple but still incredibly distinct. It has this very pungent wood locker room musk aroma a lot like those that can be seen from its distant GSC lineage but it’s also intensely sweet from the wedding cake parent as well. It’s a unique and intriguing aroma for anyone who likes a little funk to their pallets

Gelato Cake is some of the sleepiest strains I have come across in awhile. Extreme creeper. I think I'm fine then all of a sudden I am passing out in my recliner. Excellent for falling asleep.
