I was hesitant to try this strain. Until yesterday when I found out it wasn't a heavy indica ... I guess the name threw me off. Anyway, the high is fantastic. I was super relaxed and babbling like a moron for hours. Definitely made me more socially amenable. The taste is sour, with diesel and it smells like friggin' lemon pledge but is also somehow woodsy, sweet, floral and slightly mint. The Limonene and Pinene are duking it out here. The smell is almost unrecognizable as weed. Like a Blue Dream or Cotton Candy. I regret holding off on this one ...

From a growers perspective, this genetic and pheno of Chemdawg is a shot from an european breeder that wanted to replicate what the real Chemdawg came up with. Vigor and lush in vegitative growth and a person could see Indica dominant charicteristics right off the bat. Takes to training very well, adding Sillica to the feeding program allows a grower to give some plyability to the branching to make them more sturdy during scroging or training. High Yeilder, almost 8-10 oz per plant. If nothing else was said about Chemdawg it's a producer. Let it cure. The better the cure on Chemdawg, the more kick-ass stone a person gets. It is off the chart, fist a spacy time warp wash covers your minds eye. A surreal feeling as time and space seem to come to an almost halt. Video gamers and Dungeons and Dragons players will love Chemdawg. Second wave body numbness, after the space trip it takes you electric avenue where you feel great. Aches and pains, the little nagging pains that we come acustomed to go away. Arthritis.. low back,, bad-day, whatever. It does impair quick decision making ability, peeps gonna know your high as fuck. Visine and cologne if you wanna brave the job. One observation on how Chemdawg effects femails is of important note. It's been heralded as the "Game Changer" every man who has ever tried to land a femail has been given a mighty sword to strike back with..You guessed it, Chemdawg. Women and Chemdawg. Chemdog has been floating through the north state here in cali for ……………..ohh at least 12 years. I personaly have found that most times this varity is better off cultivated indoor, so in the hands of a experianced "green-thumb" i have seen a crop of a Hybrid that my friend had managed to use a Chem-Dawg G-1 from a humboldt breeder/seeder and a Afghani true Kush that was smuggled seed form back to Chico,CA and it was a Generation #1 as well, rooted 8 of 12 seeds from the cross and used light warrior to stay basic instead of aeroponic, and it is the thing of legends and rumors, I was saved 4oz's and just paid a precent of cost to grow ( 1oz @ $100 ) and since it had been cured correct I put 3 of 4 ounces away with a "FOODSAVER", and that was december 2009 with 1 1/2oz in a vaccum foodsaver bag and I removed 1/2oz on 4th of july for everyone and it kept 100%. but The liklyhood that he lets anyone get a G-1 seed or clipping to clone is not going to happen. Thats when strains go inbread and these chemical nutrient loving massive outdoor 5,000 plant Op would ruin a true Medicine. & THERE'S NO WAY TO "FEMINIZE" SEEDS DONT BUY THE LIES!! THE BIG COLORFUL DUTCH BANK SENT ME A PACKET FOR $230 AND ALL ROOTED BUT ONLY 2 OF 6 WERE NOT HERMAPHRODITE'S THUS NO PLANT FINISHED.

Its a rather nice high. Much smoother hit than you expect. Calming. It helps if you have anxiety or a nervous twitch.

Picked up a little bag of this today. I'm pretty sure this is only the second or third time I have ever seen chem solo and not a cross or hybrid using its genetics. I know that back in the mid 90s in Maine we would get killer bud that would sometimes be called diesel or super skunk and i am positive it was a chemdawg cross or The original. Anyway this bud booted me back to good old days. I took probably 7 good vape hits of bud and damn! It was about 5 mins later when I realized i was shockingly high. Very distinct perceptual changes kicked in right away, that feeling like maybe you put on someone's glasses or like your eyeballs moved back about 2 inches. Every sound is very crisp and clear and sends vibrations through my head and spine. When I walk around my peripheral vision is reminiscent of a light psilocybin experience. The best part was although I was much higher than I planned on getting, i didn't have any anxiety or paranoia. After about half an hour the initial soaring high subsided a bit and i felt very stoned. This was one of those times when anyone that I came in contact with would take one look at me and instantly know I was wrecked. I'm glad I had a rare free evening to try this out. In smaller doses I think chemdawg with some added CBD would be really good afternoon pain medication.

There are reasons some strains become classics. Chemdawg is a big hitter -- not for the paranoid or otherwise 'faint of heart'. It brings lots of warm euphoria, mental energy, laser focus and even some giggles. Earth, pine, whatever - this could taste like the underside of a shoe and I would still go there cos the buzz is so awesome. I guess that's why it's a classic.

i love The Dawg ...very cerebral and relaxing...your almost in a euphoric cloud just floating....a must try for anyone who suffers with anxiety or having trouble relaxing the mind....I love it !!!!!!

To me Chemdog is like the original OG of sorts, this plant gives off an aroma like those of Sour Diesel. The high is always a great lasting and has a strong body high. Some of the stickiest stuff I've ever broken up over the years. It almost always leaves a huge resin ring on joints or blunts.
