Very good strain. Coming at this as someone who quit smoking because anxiety when I smoked. Picked up catatonic and no anxiety with this strain. Good over all feeling. I will note- at least for me, it does still give you a little bit of that high feeling without the anxiety and panic that comes with high THC strains. Over all wonderful for beginners and folks coming back to the world of mj. Thank you for making this strain!
Great way to relax and clear my head. Gentle, warm body buzz. I was not stoned, but did have the slightest of highs from the low THC. Mostly - it relaxed my muscles, cleared my mind and I felt calm and content. High THC tends to make me a bit tense and paranoid - so I’m experimenting with CBD/THC balances. A great medicinal strain as my body felt wonderful.
However, this one might be just a touch low in THC for me. Completely pleasant - I’ll enjoy smoking the rest of this - but ultimately I’m looking for something with all of the above - and maybe a bit more of a “chatty high”.
Cannatonic, along with Harlequin and others, is part of a new wave of CBD dominant strains. Being epileptic, I decided this would be an interesting and beneficial strain to try. Unfortunately, asides from being an epileptic, I'm also a recreational user, and this strain fell far from even my high standards. The taste/smell was heavily lacking and unimpressive and the buzz was no more than a very light relaxation.
This is great strain!! It's the best kind of day time smoke. Your body and mind feel relaxed, and focused. But not sleepily and lazy. I consumed it in a hand pipe the smoke was smooth and had a fruity aftertaste
This is definitely not your ordinary high CBD bud. Cannatonic is an extraordinary strain that gives off a very pleasant body buzz that will not cloud your mind.
My job is very stressful at times (White hat hacker) and requires constant thinking which usually leads to a headache at the end of the day. I usually use a bit throughout the day to keep me nice and stress free with the added bonus of not having any headaches. I have also noticed that I come home feeling OK instead of exhausted and grumpy.
Overall this is a wonderful strain that will not mess with your head too much that I would recommend to anyone.
Using it for Tourettes and it helps with my verbal tics by reducing them by approx 80%. I haven’t been able to sit quietly for years, but now I can go a couple hours in silence. Fucking amazing!
I am getting a small high from it but the affects are no different than having a glass of wine in feeling. However, the feeling is better as wine makes me drowsy while Cannatonic makes me more alert. Not something you want to use when going to work though.
So far so good. One of my favourites so far.
This Cannatonic is from Delta9 in Manitoba. It is a relaxing clear high, nice smoke, decent come down that is not a “burn-out”! It is chill and uplifting effect and decent daytime medication with ability to still be used before bed. Clear headed and relaxing perfect for the dentist trip or a boring lecture. You can think and be at ease, perfect for CEO’s working hard at making more money! If going for party and dazed out of your head you’d be disappointed. If looking for chill, up, and still smart enough to not forget, then this is the right weed for you.
Get things done ‘high’ and smile :)
I have bad back and nerve pain due to spinal stenosis and a bulging disk at L4/5.
Normally, I get the highest THC strain I can get my hands on to kill the pain. I was shocked when my budtender told me about this strain and how it helps with pain.
I decided to give it a try tonight and i'm pleasantly suprised. This would be the perfect strain for someone wanting to dip their toe into smoking but might be to afraid. The high is extremely low and almost non existent.
My pain has definetly improved after tacking a few hits. I feel more relaxed without the intense side effects of higher THC levels.
Don't get me wrong, I still love the ride, but this one is worth the try.
