Afghan Kush reviews

Ordered from dispensary. I have had this strain many years ago, but this is the first time acquiring it on a medical quality. It tastes and smells mostly of a mildew / musty smell, with a slight mango hint, personally rather enjoyable but not the best. The smoke is dense and pretty harsh, but this bud burns incredibly well. Immediately you feel some effects, but it seems to creep upon you within 20 minutes for the strongest effects. It's much longer lasting than most strains I've had (2+ hours). Definitely Indica, it made me pretty lazy with both an intense cerebral and body high. Definitely good for nighttime/winding down. Gave me a greater appetite / digestion stability than other strains, which is primarily my reason for trying this strain (Crohn's disease ; severely underweight). Fantastic strain, and definitely an all-time favorite for medicinal purposes.

Just…. Wow. Can you imagine Owen Wilson saying “Wowwww.” That’s how Afghan Kush makes me feel. This stuff hit me like a freight train. I’ll be honest, I got a little bit of anxiety initially, but that’s just because I wasn’t expecting this to blast me into space. One minute I’m cleaning out the cat litter box, the next minute my brain has entered an alternate dimension where sounds are flavors and flavors are kaleidoscopes. The taste and smell of this strain are incredibly unique. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation to another world.

A classic indica couch stone. Great for pain and passing time. High focus makes mundane tasks more interesting. Good for very chill activities like watching a movie, going for a walk, or doing repetitive lightweight chores. You can get pretty baked and still have a good experience with this stuff. Tried from two different growers and the general experience was consistent.

This is my kind of weed. Heavy indica which makes my eyelids heavy and sends a sensation of fog to my head to nest between my temples... Makes you hungry too. Love these Indicas.

Hit the chillum with the AK. This shit is ridiculous. The high is heavy (Get that damned blanket off me) and dampening... and I like it. Don't feel like dancing, but I could have a high talk session while melting into somebodies leather couch. Nice high or should I say a "low".

I smoked some hasj from this bud and it was delightful. Very nice taste, almost lemon-minty, made me feel very energetic and happy yet glued to my bed. Great shit!

I miss the pure indica strains like Afghan Kush. One of the best strains for anxiety and pain relief. If you can find it. I wish growers would realize that there is a market for pure indicas for treatment of many mental and physical ailments. When weed was first legal in AZ we had many indicas available. Now there's only hybrids being falsely labelled as indicas. I can't smoke half of what I buy because the label says indica but the weed is really a hybrid that makes me anxious and gives me the shakes. An easy solution is to grow more pure indicas.

okay this is my first review, this strain is worth making one so here I go. This strain was a random strain that the bud tender suggested to me, and it’s amazing! i love it so much i used a cartridge and it feels perfect to me. i suffer from ptsd, adhd, bipolar disorder, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder so it’s hard for me to find the perfect strain that helps me relax, feel stress free, eat food without feeling like crap, and happy tbh. so when i tried this one i was so socked! it also took my pain away, i wake up every morning feeling horrible and sore all over my body and it definitely helped with the pain:) i feel relaxed but still able to hold a conversation with people without feeling anxious about it, i’m actually laughing and joking with people which is rare nowadays because of what i suffer from mentally.
