One of the better shops in the Bay Area for concentrates. They have cutting edge stuff before others do. Cool shop on the inside, clean and well lit. It feels safe and mellow. Budtenders are usually more knowledgeable and I have gotten good recommendations. Seem to hit the holistic end of the spectrum. Doesn't feel shady or weird.

They haven't really figured out the express line... but the delivery and online ordering is awesome and pretty flawless. There can be long lines, but this is one of the good shops out there. They stand by their product, update their menu and are pretty professional for this line of work.

Unprofessional is the first word that comes to mind. I came here 3 times, all 3 were a nightmare. The staff is unprofessional, uninformed and look like they just rolled out of bed. The buds are old and not quality. Their concentrate menu is sooo limited and useless. The one oil they did have that I tried had hardened past the point of use. Old product, dirty location, uneducated and stoned staff. The best is the "tough guy" they have in the parking lot. Me an another customer watched him pass a handful of cash to another guys standing there. The whole experience was nothing but shady. I won't be back.
