I rely on cannabis for chronic pain and placed an order this morning. Out of nowhere, I received a text saying, 'She will be leaving at 12:14'—essentially giving me two minutes' notice. I replied, 'Huh? This is the first notification I’ve gotten,' only to be told, 'She’s leaving now.' Before I even had a chance to receive my order, the driver left, and my order was canceled. Naturally, I sent some strongly worded messages in response. This is my medicine, after all. I’ve never had this issue with any other cannabis delivery service. Most are relaxed, professional, and well-organized. Unfortunately, BPG's delivery process comes across as passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and disorganized. Luckily, there are plenty of other dispensaries to choose from. I strongly encourage readers to avoid BPG.

Its been years since I've ordered from BPG, mostly due to prices and I haven't smoked much in the last few years. But today I ordered an 8th along with both butters because im to lazy after Thanksgiving to make my own lol.. I haven't weighed the butter but it looks right. The bud on the other hand... I thought was light for an 8th, so I grabbed my scale that I use daily for baking really precise recipes.... And it shows 2g... i feel a bit ripped off, ngl. I'd post a picture but it doesn't allow me to. Ill probably end up shopping here again at some point. But it's still proving to be a sketchy place in terms of how much product you get vs what the packaging says. I am aware that they may not package their bud. But they should be weighing them upon arrival so that they can accurately price things accordingly.

Been going here for years, my fave dispensary hands down! Great selection of everything you could possibly want. I'd like to send a shout out to the last budtender who took care of me. Josiah went above and beyond to help me place an order for seeds, hunting them down and then calling me back to let me know what was available. Give Josiah a raise! Cheerful, helpful and knowledgable, made the whole experience a treat!

The good: The OG of dispensaries. I go in person and I order online. Overall customer service has been knowledgable, with no pushiness or upselling, and with only a few lackluster exchanges. They have a solid inventory with great in-store signage and kiosks to help you make decisions. Highly recommended. The caveats: Prices are sometimes competitive but generally average. Sales come and go quite quickly, sometimes too quickly. I've occasionally noticed a discrepancy between online sale prices and order fulfillment (what you're actually charged) when they offer one-day specials. This can happen if you order online later in the day and they fulfill the order the next day after the previous day's sale is over. Yet the budtenders are gracious if you decline certain items because of this discrepancy.
