From the moment we started the telephone appointment, Dr. Weiss was very helpful and gave even more information than he need to. It was just a great experience. What else can I say? I sound like a shill, but it is all rill.

I have been meaning to share my extremely positive experience with Dr. Weiss since my appointment with him in April. From the first point of contact, my experience was easy, streamlined, and timely. I made an appointment online and received immediate confirmation and an invitation to the scheduled meeting. Dr. Weiss followed up prior to the appointment via email and provided several documents that helped me understand the registration process, recent changes and FAQs. I felt well prepared for our appointment. Dr. Weiss called on time and the whole conversation was professional and super enjoyable. A few hours later, he had already emailed my paperwork along with additional helpful information. I cannot recommend this organization enough! From start to finish, it’s a wonderful experience. Top notch.

I had found out that my pick up order had been denied at the dispensary due to my certification being expired. Yikes! When I found out, I tried going back to the same place I got my initial certification, but they had closed permanently! I found Veritas Therapeutics Virginia and got to set up a same day appointment with Dr. Weiss, about 2 hours in advance. Dr. Weiss had emailed me and informed me that he would be 10 minutes late, but assured me that I would be seen. It is also worth noting that he informed me just a few minutes after I had set the appointment. I think that shows Dr. Weiss actually cares. Sure enough, Dr. Weiss called me and it was quick and easy. I was really happy with the results of the renewal. Even though it was my first time speaking with Dr. Weiss, I had no issues with getting my certification renewed through him. Stellar service, Dr. Weiss.

Dr Weiss is very knowledgeable. After taking a good medical history and discussing current medications, he properly advises on need for this product. Annual renewal process is seamless and easy. Well done. Have referred several others to Dr Weiss.

Dr. Weiss is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I setup an appointment and received a confirmation email immediately. He then followed up with a reminder the day of the appointment and was on-time and very professional. Dr. Weiss has made the medical card process so easy. He listens to your problems and has been a pleasure working with. This is the second year in a row that he's helped me with my medical needs and I will definitely use him in the future!

Dr. Weiss is really nice. I am very insecure and often make mistakes. He is understanding, professional, and he treats his patient like a human being. The perfect Doctor to talk with you about your card at a predetermined price. Hopefully the prohibition of cannabis will end soon! But until then, Dr. Weiss is a legend.
