The process was uncomplicated. It was easy to schedule an appointment and to complete the intake information. I received a link to the tele med appointment and clicking and signing in was effortless . The doctor was kind and had already reviewed my file so the appointment went quickly but I didn't feel rushed. My husband had a similar experience. The necessary Physician Certification Form was uploaded to the MMMP site within the hour and I was able to complete the rest of my application the same day.
