The staff was very friendly and handled the entire process from start to finish. The gentleman I talked to about medicating was super nice and gave me a lot of important information about how to get started with dosing and such. The doctor was nice and professional. Definitely recommend. I had an appointment on 30 March and by 31 March the following day my card was available. Very fast turnaround.

I have renewed here 2 times. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They accomodate walk ins when available. I scheduled my appointment and had to cancel and reschedule and they were able to fit me in before my card expired! They were able to fax my doctor to get my records so I did have to wait to get my card a little bit longer (only until my doctor faxed them the records). They made sure to contact me regarding the wait and when they were able to finally submit for my card. Thank you so much.

I was nervous about trying this kind of therapy, but the process was efficient and the staff were kind, friendly, respectful, and compassionate. I had a telemedicine visit, which couldn’t be more convenient (and safe during these pandemic times). Becky, Dallas, Dr Richardson, and William were all great, transparent, and very helpful.
