Zion Cannabis - Ontario

Very disappointed. Ordered online and they said they put the wrong picture up and wouldn't honor the price that I showed proof of.

Absolutely love this place. Extremely relaxed very mellow environment they really teach you about your product. Will definitely be returning unbelievably impressed with this dispensary.

I have been to all the dispensaries in and around Ontario and Zion is by far the best hands down. From Ami at the front desk, checking my ID, to all the friendly and helpful people in the back. I walk in and show my ID once. Unlike the others where I need to show it at the door, then the budtender then again to checkout I show it once to get in the door and the people in the back just know who it is. If you got a medical condition such as mine, they are knowledgeable about terpenes and which ones are going to be best for my condition. Haven't been steered wrong here, unlike some other places.

Made it in for my second time today, and was met with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Thanks for being awesome you guys :) See you again soon!

Not a single employee was wearing their mask correctly. As an immunosuppressed person, it's frustrating. It's the equivalent of not wearing a mask at all why bother? People still need weed in a pandemic and they couldn't do it safely. I don't want employees who are touching my weed not wearing a mask properly. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Went here to save time since Top Crop was busy. I'd been here a few weeks ago, so I was hoping for an improved experience. Nope. Still no menu for the edibles so you have to keep nothing them for prices. Clearly need to get it together!

I've shopped here many times, and have received mostly great service. Over the last year I have maintained loyalty because I liked the prices and felt welcome (which I look for even more so as a med patient with anxiety). Yesterday was completely different and I will never go there again after the unwelcoming service I received. It's unfortunate that one very negative experience outweighs many positive experiences, but in my position customer service is everything.

My favorite of all Ontario s dispensarys. The help there is actually helpful, full of info. Unlike others where the people and the staff are too cool for school. Zions got it right.

My entire experience with these folks was awesome. The bud-tender was great. Ordered online and was easily able to add to my order after I got there. Product quality was very good . I have no complaints.

My first trip in they where amazing helpful and quite knowledgeable. I enjoyed the atmosphere and had a 10/10 100 % perfect experience. They took time to ask all my dingy question with a smile. Their menu has some awesome deals. The employees honestly know their product and truly want you to find the best fit for you. Thank you so much I look forward to many more good experiences. The weed I got was crap. They use the same photos for all the strains, so you cannot use the pictures to make a decision. There is no way this is 30%TCH.

Everything was cool about this place but when I got home I noticed they game me empty container of Obama Kush. I get it was only a gram but I paid for the product how do you do this???

This place sucks. Waited for 20 minutes. They say they are understaffed… at a dispensary! Curbside pickup is a joke.

Our tender,, the woman with a nose ring, didn't seem interested in helping .We finally just picked product, not offering to show us or show interest in us, as other shops in the area do. As we left, my wife heard her say..."I'm over it". Guess what, we are too. And won't be back. Bet this won't get posted...lol

Can you guys find a way on the site to differentiate between your concentrates and Carts….?????? 3 times I’ve order a gram cart and gotten a jar of dab and the picture on the site is clearly a Vaporizer/Cartridge…. Thanks

When I walked in I thought I was at Burnt River for a second all their old employees came to this one. Lol. I can’t believe this place had the guts to open. The shop isn’t even finished! The displays are half way built with wood all over the place?? I was literally shocked when I walked in! Why didn’t you guys wait to actually finish your store? It’s a disaster. The quality is also a disaster.

The atmosphere is very inviting & the products are all FIRE!! Very very friendly & knowledgeable staff, my favorite spot!!

The first day I walked into Zion in Ontario OR, anyway I met a young man and we talked about trichromes, and thc, and one more name and I can’t remember this name I will go through my books again. But thank you to that guy orange shirt on, you are great in this store, and honestly you don’t push cramp onto me, so thank you Orange shirt guy lol.
