Zen Leaf - Canton (Medical)

Was turned away for being 2$ short on a 226$ order. I’ve NEVER BEEN SHORT ON ANY ORDER EVER, AS LARGE AS 500$ WEEKLY, since the stores’ grand opening. Had MAD LOYALTY POINTS. MADE THEM PAY OUT EVERY BIT OF THAT LOYALTY IN STORE ITEMS, AND SAID “GOODBYE ZENLEAF.” WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, OR ANY OTHER ZENLEAF.

layer cake = pain relief !! If you haven"t tried this strain it's highly recommended !! Little pricey but get a little for bed time. They really know about products they have.They are very good on prices for the most part. Isaac is a very cool guy! He gives good advice and is very good at making you feel at home.The rest of the staff is also very nice and they don't rush you. I'm from bolivar south of canton. I now have a few friends that go to Zen Leaf in canton.They never had a bad experience . They always mention isaac . If the weed don't give you the chukkles he sure will!!

The menu could be a lot better. Surprised that my go to strains (higher THC and quality) were more expensive here than everywhere else I go.

Stopped in a on Sunday morning for the Buckeye Relief sale to grab some Layer Cake and Tippy Toes, Awesome medicine strong relief! cannot go wrong with Layer Caker! My bud tender was Katy! She was very welcoming and such a fun person to talk to! 10/10 would recommend Katy as your Bud tender!

I got to the dispensary at 6:45, they're open until 7, they had 1 person in the lobby, and denied me access to get my medicine. Anyone that's been there knows you can see the lobby from outside. My husband and I will no longer be patients there. I will also spread word of mouth to others as well. If you're open to a certain time then you need to allow people to come in until then. There's been plenty of times I've been there personally and there were people came in at 6:59, and they were able to check them in and get them back. Horrible customer service, very disappointed!

Very helpful for a first timer days after receiving my medical marijuana card . The person whom helped me was knowledgeable regarding strains , types, flower ,edible , etc . The atmosphere is very comfortable. I felt at ease with the questions I asked ,the product purchased. I will be a return customer!

This is in my opinion the absolute best dispensary in the Akeon/Canton area by far. The staff is totally awesome and very knowledgeable. You are always greeted with a smile, and after a couple visits the entire staff remembers your name. They actually all greet me by my first name, and they always want your feedback on how the last products you purchased were. They truly care about you as a customer and go out of their way to show it. The building itself is very nice and sparkling clean inside. They have a huge selection of the absolute best strains available in the state as of yet. I myself use disposable cartridges sin e it's a bit more discreet at work, and nobody has as many varieties, which are always made from the best of the best strains. The prices are also quite a bit lower than say the "other" dispensary nearby. There is no reason to even try to go anywhere else, this is the best dispensary in the area.

The people there were just amazing! I went in with my daughter as I am. We still new with all this! I listened as they talk to other “newbies”. I was so amazed that they LISTENED to what you were saying and didn’t just try to sell you whatever! I have been to several other places and now will only go here! Everyone was so nice from the man who let you in to the fantastic crew once you got in! AWESOME place I will be back!

First time at Zen Leaf. What attracted me was the online menu selection. When comparing the stores in the surrounding area/counties, Zen Leaf has the best selection hands down. The staff was friendly and helpful. When looking for the top strains, this is your store!

Tyler was my “budtender” and after a long day it was nice to have someone that was very attentive, excited, and knowledgeable about all the product. I never leave review, but when someone is so excited about how they contribute to the well being of this community they need to be recognized. Yet again super positive experience. Called an asked to speak with Chad the GM with help understanding some Of the products. Call me back promptly and took his time explaining. Will be shopping there tomorrow.

As someone new to the medical program and this being my first time in a dispensary I was impressed. Everyone there was super friendly. Ken helped me pick some things out and answered any questions I had. He didn’t try to rush me and even when the sale was made he let me look around and answered some other questions I had. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly even down to their security staff!

I've been to every dispensary locally and this is my least favorite. For a good vibes product it has nothing that is a standout for a draw

They get you in and out quickly and the staff is friendly. Billy Bob always gives good recommendations and is polite and personable.

Hands down the best dispensary I've visited in Ohio. NOT. EVEN. CLOSE. This staff knows what they are talking about. And they are genuine, not just trying to take patient's money. Great Location Too!! I love this place!
