The atmosphere made me feel very uncomfortable. Zen Leaf has changed a lot and not for the best. I don't know if the management changed or what. I could not get out of there fast enough. The way that they do things now. I used to refer to it as my happy place.
I ordered delivery to my house. The wait was about 2 hours which was exceptional.The pricing on the website was amazing as they had plenty of deals to choose from. If you’re looking for fast and friendly service with a wide variety of products, i would definitely recommend zen leaf in towson.
the communication sucks. Had me waiting for curb side for 30 mins called twice. was on the phone with costumer service for 20 mins. the manager had a Nonchalant attitude. she didn't care. I felt like they all was laughing as I was having anxiety will not be going back NO TIME SOON. THEY DON'T CARE ANYWAY
