i have to say, i did not dislike ANYTHING about my visit. i come here pretty often as i work right around the corner. Tony was a nice guy, and helped me get what i needed!!! every time i come here everyone is so friendly and i adore this place. 15/10!!!!

Everyone working was very helpful, my consultant was George, he was very helpful in finding what products would be best for me. I would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends!

Placed an order online and went for it since got confirmed for ready for pickup, and they told me they couldn't find the order making me look dumb.

I have frequented quite a few dispensaries and I have to say the employees at Zenleaf are by far the most knowledgeable. Always the best variety and incredible recommendations. Definitely my go to spot!

Best in town! Everyone is so knowledgeable about everything. When asking to try something new, Brittany, one of the managers, is so nice and honest about products when trying new things. Nothing but good vibes and good people. Definitely my go to spot for now on!

It was my first time going to a dispensary, so I was nervous lol. The staff greeted me kindly and made me feel so welcome. Joey H was extremely helpful and I really appreciated his friendly and positive attitude! I felt very well taken care of! Awesome place :)

Zen Leaf has stolen my heart and earned my trust with every product from there top tier to their bottom tier everything is all around great quality. Asking questions there is always encouraged it's not a get in and get out type of place they will take time to advice and help you find the right strain for you. Also, a big thanks to Dylan he was very helpful with all my purchases, he definitely knew his brands all his recommendations where the best I've had in a very long time.

I'm a medical patient in Colorado. I have a second home here and spend a little less than half my time here. Because I'm a Colorado resident, I can't qualify for medical here. I was looking for a place with the same quality I was used to. This place is great! Great product (although not quite what I'm used to) but what is most remarkable is the staff. I've never had a bad experience here. Scott was my budtender this time, very knowledgeable and pleasant. The budtenders in Colorado are mostly surly, as if they're doing you a favor by selling you weed. These people understand that they are providing a service and appreciate your business.

Dylan is a awesome bud tender! Very knowledgeable about the product he provides. Very easy to talk with and pleasurable time. The whole entire staff rocks! Alonso is also very awesome and very friendly.

I had a great experience at Zen Leaf. Everyone was very friendly and kind upon entering. My cannabis consultant Adan was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend products to me that fit what I was looking for! I wil absolutely be returning.

I called the call center and spoke with Rolan this guy took the time to call each individual dispensary to try to find what I was looking for the high supply products don't display the strain names and he was able to help me. Big thumbs up best customer service ever

Got less skimped on my eighth

No complaints (great selection, friendly staff) except to the branch manager Joe Naleck who is awful at reconciling customer issues. Wrong item given during transaction despite my accurate order. No refund or partial credit to the product I intended to buy. Now stuck with $70 bill on item I DID NOT ORDER, and need to pay full price for what I wanted in the first place! Terrible service to loyal customer. Shop elsewhere!!

This place is a gem! It is super convenient to my location which is a huge plus. They have a great selection too! Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Aidan helped me out with my order and he was personable and attentive. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use this place going forward. I do think it would be a good idea for them to implement a new customer discount to be competitive, but you can still earn loyalty points and they said they have double points days!!

I love the ambiance of Zen Leaf PRospect!! Not only are the budtenders extremely helpful, but also, they have great recommendations from every cultivator. I never leave the dispensary and feel as though I had a bad experience nor do I get bad recommendations on product! I’ll keep coming back :)

Recently I visited Zen bud, made my purchase and left. Not too much later I received a voicemail I checked it out and it was Zen Bud telling me that cameras had picked up that I had dropped $20 on the floor. I immediately had my wife call them and she told him them I was on my way. I got there and they gave me my $20. not only does it say something good about the security of their place but also the honesty of the employees ,as well as people that shop there. My first experience at Zen leaf was with Holly m. then with Anthony A. Peter M. Jonathan R. all of these budtenders are very knowledgeable, very courteous,helpful, and friendly. I will be a lifetime customer. Kudos all around Zen leaf.

5 x 2 iz 10..... its ALWAYS a 10 any day of the Week. My Dynamic Duo NEVERRRR Disappoints. ALONSO friendly, patient, informative , most importantly educational on what I'm ingesting or inhaling. Detailed on the effects and listens to what feelings I'm seeking to experience. And when my smoke sessions begin Alonso be On point . Then there's NEVY Sweet, inviting, an entire vibe Knows exactly what you looking for she's knowledgeable on every product and gives you total transparency both good and bad. Very patient and gives you thee experience.they both have a way of making the process easy and comfortable. Zen leaf prospect heights is a MUST GO.
