Zen Leaf - Neptune (Med)

I just became a patient and visited Zen-Leaf of Neptune New Jersey. The desk staff is very friendly and easy going. Once I entered the showroom, I was greeted by extremely friendly, courteous, and professional consultants. They were knowledgeable and helped me choose the right products. Since I was a new customer, I was given a great discount. I will continue to visit this dispensary in the future and recommend.

I have tried several dispensaries in the state. I loved one nearby but since the pandemic they have changed and just not worth the drive. I found Zenleaf and honestly I never plan to switch again. This place is amazing start to finish! Everyone you meet there is so helpful and friendly!! It never feels fake there and not too medical in atmosphere but not “stoner” vibes either. It’s like a spa! Love it!

I heard that Zenleaf got a location in Neptune, which is very convenient. As another reviewer reported, the staff doesn’t give off vibes of being fake or acting like they know it all. I like and deeply appreciate honesty of professionalism, as I’ve managed for many years. Zenleaf of Neptune; you guys are on top of your game go above and beyond for your patients, and I have to give a shout-out to Nicole, Jesse, and Heather for being so incredibly helpful and putting me at ease. What I love is that they understand we are all human, make mistakes, and if the bud tender helping you doesn’t have an answer, they are glad to ask another co-worker, or simply say they don’t know. Not knowing the answer does not make a bad bud tender. Acting like you have tried em all and know all of the effects to every product; that no bueno and fake. Not the Zen of Neptune. You will have a great experience there. Guaranteed. And idk what it is, but I never had issues with Verano flower at Zenleaf, so I’d really stop shunning the brand. They are one of 3-4, and you don’t see Rythm carts lately that make cannabis specific oils. You like G-Purps, Motorbreath, Sonny G. All of the strains you see at other dispos carrying Verano plus a few more are cannabis specific (reserve carts) and they also have strain specific which are what most other carts are in this state Verano Essence carts). I grabbed a northern lights and damn it’s actually terrific and had great effects. (Thanks Nicole). Sadly Verano is having issues with their carts and my Nirthern lights was only filled like above the wicks. Snds inconvenient right. Not with Zenleaf’s policy or Verano. They give you another one, let you keep the one that isn’t filled, and just take another 1/8 off of your allotment. That’s awesome take as many 1/8ths as you want if I get to keep the old one too. It’s like having a little extra oil. Best place ever and honestly their menu is stacked always. I guess my old dispo won’t be getting my 12k a year, but the Zen is getting it from me. Thanks guys!!! I had to write this bc this is how an establishment, even dispensaries should be run. Your policies are PROFESSIONAL.

I disliked nothing and absolutely positively loved everything( and I'm a tough critic I am a Marine Veteran after all)!! Such an amazing staff from front to back all of them courteous and knowledgeable! The location is clean, easy to find ,plenty of parking, and menus to pick from online and in the dispensarie! If you're new to the game and are nervous about where to go and what it will it be like then worry no more and go to Zen Leaf in Neptune!! I have never left in any mood other than happy, smiling and well informed!! Keep up the good work!! You guys are doing a great service for us!!! I've made two trips to this location so far and have definitely decided to make it the go to spot for me. Both times I went I was helped by Adam C, and can say that his customer service and knowledge of product is spot on. His recomendations based off my needs and questions have been great. I've tried a range of products, flower (both premium and smalls),carts and distillate sauce and everything has been incredible and satisfying for what I need it for. This is with out a doubt a dispensary to come to!

Zen Leaf in Neptune is great. Staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There’s never a long wait. In and out.

Totally super mega ok brahs here Consultants Adriana, Manny, and Lucas very helpful and accommodating to me as I am disabled and unable to get out of the car. HIGHly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a great experience in your pursuit for enlightenment. It’s good to be an appreciated customer for a pleasant change. I’ll be back for sure

The first time I ordered I drove 45 minutes and when I got there the product wasn't available even though I pre-ordered. I tried contacting them with the chat feature. That was a disaster the guy had no clue. I left a review with one star. Edwin Prada from zenleaf called me and we talked about my rating. He said if you take off your rating I'll give you a 15% discount which sounded okay at the time. Since then I learned I get 10% off because I'm over 55. So the discount is really only 5% because I can't add it on to the 10%. I have since shopped there and came back satisfied. But people should know that it's not perfect. Since my first visit was a disaster should have offered me 25% off. Everybody is a chinzo these days.

Love Zen Leaf & this location!!!! The most consistent dispensary over the years menu-wise.Really nice, polite staff. Always running sales/promotions. And now they added the tablet menus so it’s REALLY easy to browse the menu in-store

For a first timer in the dispensary world, and have only seen one other dispensary not Zen. I’ve purchased from this location twice already and everyone was very helpful the first time, but the second time Lucas B helped me, I give him 10 stars! He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I absolutely love every strain he recommended, and according to friends and family, these strains thanks to Lucas and the Zen team, are treating my medical symptoms perfectly! Way to Go! I’ll be back!

Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a good variety of strains for flower and carts. Cash only, ATM is available.

Best dispensary in Monmouth County for sure. Way friendlier than the other Monmouth County option GSD. Always extremely nice, front and back. This has been my go-to since opening.

It was my first time coming here as a medical patient and it was a great experience compared to the last dispensary I used. The shop is very spacious and has a wide selection of products. Highly recommend.

Last time I went to pickup from Zen, I was helped by a bud tender named Rachel, she was extremely patient and excellent customer service.

my budtender Jax was great. the guys at the front also fun. and most importantly the pot is great!
