Zen Leaf - Lawrence (Med)

Shopped at Zen Leaf a few days after it opened. Nice shop, friendly staff, large selection and especially appreciate that they carry several Sativa-leaning strains. The 'Sonny G' in particular is quite nice, keeps my mood elevated and full of energy. I don't like the 'Smalls' and prefer full flowers, however. And only a few strains come in 1/4 ounce quantities; most are in 1/8 jars. That said, the location is very convenient and I intend to make this my primary dispensary.

Great. First time buying legal weed in NJ. The only downside is that the parking lot can get really crazy. I had my wife come with me and we parked in the hotel lot next store and she stayed in the car in case we had to move it. I only had to stand in line for about 5 minutes, I got greeted on the way in and once I got to the counter the staff was incredibly knowledgeable.

I have visited twice since opening and I love the staff. They’re always so helpful and kind. I like the products I’ve bought so far. I love sunshine OG flower but I don’t love the smalls. Next time I’m going to get a quarter so I can get bigger buds. I loved the strain though I felt motivated and ready to be productive. Also I really enjoyed the Rythm cartridges. This zen leaf location is really nice on the inside and it’s closest dispensary to me now and I’m very happy about that!

Mallary and her colleagues were exceptional providing advice, when asked, and listening intently when required. I felt an immediate connection with all Budtenders. They are a very knowledgeable and layed back crew and fed off of each other's energy. I was able to, patiently, make my medicinal choices with any and every question answered. The location is convenient and hours appropriate. After being engaged at the front check point, I was able to enter the dispensary sales room which was very nice. I would like to see more counters to view other products. Now if they'd just make those sweatshirts for I purchase....

Not a fan of Zen Leaf as a whole. The bud tenders are great as are the products. The systems in place around promos, points, and the app are atrocious. I’ve placed reservations twice and received a “We received your order” but no “Your order is ready”. Both times they were sold out of the product when I went for pick up. Woulda been nice to know. None of my purchases are linked to my app account, even the one I placed after the app. They said they’d all be linked since I’ve always used my phone number to purchase. Messaging around promos is terrible. I’ve never received promo emails in my inbox or junk folder even though I signed up with my email a while back. The store also doesn’t mention promos. I haven’t really noticed any displays, though the screens above the budtenders does show various discounts for special groups(Seniors, vets, etc.). The long lines really don’t bother me as recreations is new here. But stuff like this will have me seeking out other options as newer dispensaries open in the area.

Staff is great and friendly. They take the time to let you know what your allotments are. No other place does that. Atmosphere isn’t as “assembly line-like” like the other dispensaries.

Zen leaf Lawrence is the best dispensary I’ve shopped and I’ve tried a few. The Bud tenders are professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable about all of what they provide. Their quality in service, product and dispensary hours of operation, I believe is unmatched. The only downside one might have shopping Zen Leaf is having to wait for them to restock some of the strains and product I prefer. Don’t get me wrong. All of the different strains and company products they carry are of high quality. But like everyone else, each strain or product may effect one differently than the next person. So yes, I’m selfish. Other patients seem to quickly gobble up the strains and product I’m looking to restock up on, before my visit. Which usually means its generally a pretty good wait time before the particular strains I’m looking for to come around again before they’ve been regrown and processed to the dispensary.

I come here once or twice a month, and I literally never leave disappointed. The staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful. The place itself is clean and organized. It's quiet whenever I go, so I never wait in line. I'm so satisfied to call it my dispensary that I don't even bother going anywhere else.

First time actually going in. I had to show up opening day just to see the crowd and wow was there a Line! Around the building and up into the QBM parking lot and into the lot. Hundreds of people. But yesterday. No line. Just great service and yes it was very busy. Looks like they have about 25 people behind the counter all trying to navigate around each other. It works. Great service. Great looking clean place. I just bought legal cannabis in NJ while listening to Iron Maiden inside Zen Leaf. Don’t pinch me. I love this “Dream “

I'm a first-time customer and had a great experience at Zen Leaf. I was nervous at first but felt completely at ease once I began to talk to the staff. William and Cam were so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting!

The past few times I visited Zen Leaf I had a relatively positive experience. The staff has been friendly and Verano has some decent quality strains, but nothing special. However, when I got home I found the seal on the jar was already broken. I have never had this happen in two years of being a medical patient. It has been extremely disappointing to see such a large decrease in the quality of products at the dispensary since recreational was legalized.

Michael Q was awesome very informational and the suggestions he provided me on what strains to try next was very helpful considering that I’m still new to all the different strains.

This place always does a great job. I drive by 3 others to go here because of the service. Today, I had Joel H. and he couldn't have been better and more helpful. He was great, but that's not uncommon. It's always a good experience.
