At first the service was nice. me and my mother both have a card. anyways my mom's pulls up cannapages on her phone 1 girl said they cant accepted it and that it had to be on paper the 2 girl said they would print the coupon out for her. and then a second later another lady out of nowhere runs over to the girl and said we dont do that. if one of your employees said they would honor the coupon and print it out you should honor it and then tell the employee after you dont offer that. it's better to take 1 small lost then lose a loyal customer. it's just the right thing to do if you work in customer service. and I won't be returning and I'll be letting everyone ik that has a card not to go to any territory locations...
only problem I had and never have experienced there before was the lack of knowledge on daily deals. there was a coupon I was trying to use for July 5th 30% off hi klaus concentrates and I was denied and told it was just for BOGO hi klaus vape pen. clearly he admitted he was new and I did not catch the mistake until getting home. but I was Extremely disappointed that I came in specifically for that deal and ended up paying more then what I insisted was a coupon. he did not try asking or verifying was positive it was just the bogo. which CLEARLY ON LEAFLY it states the 30% of the concentrates AND the BOGO... very disappointed this visit.
Disingenuous advertising. They’ll raise the price of cartridges just to give the illusion they have a sale. Not actually cheaper, just an inflated price with a discount to bring it back to the original price. I get that there are shortages bc of weeds recreational status, but don’t lie to me and say I’m getting a deal when it’s clear I’m not.
no product info thc% not going to buy stuff with no info. i turn people away to shops that put info. an honor all missed advertisements not just 1 item. as i have been multiple times finding missed advertised products price.

Every time I visit you guys I receive amazing customer service, usually above and beyond! I would be so ecstatic if you guys got a location here!
