I decided to check out MUV for the first time today. The lobby was modern and clean with information available in pamphlet form providing valuable info on Sour Bros products. ( very cool!) I was greeted by a friendly budtender who didn't seem annoyed or bothered if I asked a few questions about products. ( again very cool ! ) I decided to try the Baked Bros Cherry Sativa specific cough syrup. If you are thinking about trying a edible and your not sure what to get because you fear getting ripped off then please do yourself a favor and buy Baked Bros THC syrup! Sativa, Indica or hybrid are all available! I took my first dose 30 minutes ago and all I can say is I feel energized, relaxed and VERY uplifted!! Don't believe me ? First time here and got a free brownie so that was nice. I bought a gram of wax and got a half for free. White widow shatter was delicious.

So I went in there today to get their cartridges Maui And GDP. The cartridge is exactly the dimensions of a timeless cartridge which I’m very familiar with and it was not full it look like it was a .25 not .5. So the buy one get one free is buy two get one for the regular price. Just beware just go in on Thursdays and get 20% on a timeless and you’re guaranteed a .5 cartridge peace out✌️

Every single employee I've seen and worked with have seemed to actually enjoy their job and be genuinely happy and take getting you what you want seriously. Muv is definitely my go to dispensary. I'd give it a shot regardless of where you're at in the Valley

Absolutely love this dispensary. Not only are the bud tenders knowledgeable but they also have a taco guy every Tuesday! I highly recommend this location.

12gs when it was supposed to be 14gs, skimped by the dispo, ridiculous.

Horrifying experience. Was yelled at and disrespected by the receptionist. Had cancelled my order with no reason or explanation. I’m epileptic on a fixed income- to have my seizure preventative medicine cancelled on me, and then to be yelled at and argued with when I call in to ask about this is inexcusable. This is NOT patient focused behavior. Make a sale on someone else, I’ll go to be treated like a real patient elsewhere. If you are a patient, Go to any dispensary but this one.

They serve walk ins before pick ups. You sit for 30-45 mins watching walk ins check in, go back get meds and leave all while you sit waiting for the order they text you was ready an hour ago. Told them this was an issue 2 wks ago, last wk. and again today. My last visit probably.

Don't come here unless you want to wait 40 minutes before you go to the back. Slowest staff of any dispensary period.

This dispensary has gone downhill the last three times I’ve been there. Today, three people asked to see my drivers license, two people asked to see my medical card, and three people who were in line behind me went in before me and were out before me. I waited well over 20 minutes. I come here once a week and spend a lot of money. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They don’t even recognize me, not even the guards and front end people who I see and say hello to every time. I’ll be driving a little further from now on and going to health for life where they recognize me, are super friendly, awesome customer service, and excellent product. Goodbye Muv.

This place is amazing and I always get great product. Just a little bummed I bought 4 timeless carts and didnt get a star wars flip case. Wish things were back to normal I miss the free merch 😕. But amazing service thank you.

Been here twice and the service and staff is ridiculous. They are rude and don’t seem to care or realize they are working with patients and medicines. They are very slow and don’t seem to do do anything to make life any more easier in there for anyone. Definitely find somewhere else to get the same meds with a better staff.

i was missing items from my order..but the employee was to distracted with his phone and talking that he didnt bag the item..35 minute line outside to come inside for that service is ridiculous..

I have been going here for a long time stopped going for for a few months everytime I got a pick up order i HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED FOR MY ID JUST TO GET MY MEDS I HAVE ONLY SHOWED MY MED CARD I DROVED 35 MINS JUST TO BE TOLD I CAN'T GET MY MEDS Y'ALL ARE IN SOME BS!!!!

Avoid this place. They sell faulty disposable cartridges and refuse to help. Would not replace nor refund.

George knows his stuff when it comes to flower...hasn't steered me wrong yet. Thanks for helping me find some good sativas and sativa dominant hybrids! Excellent customer service and strain knowledge.
