YILO is my go to dispensary. They’re always taking good care of me making sure that my needs are met. And then I’m walking out. Satisfied when I get home I’m getting stoned as hell. Never disappoints.
I came here for the 1st time patient special, figured id try them out, super nice setup , clean new, lots of space... the kid who checked me in was young but chill and knowledgeable, but then when it was my turn the girl who was my bud tender really left a bad taste in my mouth. walked up and wanted to get bottom shelf, girl wouldn't let me hold the jars, but held them in front of my nose, each one smelled and looked like outdoor harvested last fall, i know my cannabis grades, and nothing on the bottom shelf was harvested this year, maybe they were greenhouse, cant tell, but when i asked if they were all last years out door she lied and told me everything is indoor, no way that was indoor, ive grown 20 years + and worked in manegement at a nearby dispensary running the harvest department, so i hate it when people who dont know anything about cannabis try to BS me, anyways, so then she got annoyed cause i wanted to look at more jars on bottom shelf, would admit age or grade other then i wont like it, i only asked to see about 4 jars before she said this... then i look at middle shelf, still almost all very old, and seemed like either greenhouse or low grade indoor, but a few were new, as i said id like the girl scout, and wanted to lok at one more strain she started snapping at me and told me i could save my buy1 get 1 deal and get nothing if i wanted... ive never had a bud tender give me that kind of attitude, i said id just like to see if any of the others were fresh in the middle shelf, ,, she said that i came in there with a attitude, and was shocked at this point, i demanded to see another budtender or i will be leaving cause this was the most off putting experience ive had with a bud tender, she said fine with a snotty tone and the chill kid who checked me in then finished my order, this place could have better bottom and mid shelf, there top shelf looked on point at least, but i like to cherry pick for affordable stuff that's decent still, that woman had no real knowledge of cannabis and a horrible attitude, she should not be bud tending, put her in the back packing bags or something please. other then old outdoor that smelled like poop and the worst budtender ive met in 8 years with my card.... its a nice clean store, manager seemed cool, 2nd budtender was cool. got the only fresh seaming greenhouse buds i found decent off mid shelf, the GSC and Magic Melon, i know I'm a bit of a pain in the butt, but never had a budtender snap on me like that, their job is to help us annoying stoners find the right meds for us.... she actually told me i can leave if i don't like their stuff. she has no place bud tending. i could tell they had some good products, so i didnt leave only 1 stars . please pick the right people to bud tend and train them properly please. i don't think ill go here again.
Great prices; I don't know of anywhere else that sells 100 mg of edibles for under $10. The edibles taste great. The flower I got was dry, but worked fine for me just like anything else. Flower prices are great too, as a medical card holder I can get $30 1/8s. Staff was friendly as well!
Very helpful and knowledgeable bartenders I was held by a fellow named Ryan and he was awesome he worked with my budget family the best stuff for the right price and he was very very helpful I highly recommend going to Yi lo if you're on the East side Phoenix
Great place! Every time I go in, I appreciate the staff always being very helpful and friendly. They always have great prices and quality, and I really love that they have and make their own products as well.

I tried pretty much everything I found preferable on the private reserve and EVERYTHING IS 10/10 I can even finish a joint And it’s Priced at $45 ?!? Can’t beat ‘em 👌🏾💯
