World of Weed - Tacoma

Good selection and great staff. Used to be one of my go-to shops when I lived in Tacoma.

Everytime is a delight but I always enjoy when Jacob is my budtender. Helps me find exactly what I need with a smile on his face 😀

Our first time here and it was a shitty experience. The Bud tender rushed us, didn't listen to our questions and flat out told us something that we looked at wasn't for us. Who says that?? Will never go back or recommend.

I doubt leafly will even post this review, they tend to pick and choose what they like, kind of defeats the idea for the review process but that's leafly, anyways, avoid this horrible place, I don't know how they got a #1 rating 1. They never have whats listed 2. They are not personable at all 3. They hang the phone up without answering it 4. They don't know anything about their products, seem like a bunch of yuppies to me, if you feel like spending your money with people who don't appreciate you at all go for it, I prefer real people that treat people like real people.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. There is array of quality inventory to suit any budget.

I wasn't exactly looking for a pot shop but a sudden dental issue had me seeking out weed for use as pain management. Though they were very clear in the shop that they can not under any circumstances offer advice regarding the medical uses and applications of marijuana, the attendant was extremely helpful in helping me choose a strain that suited my needs perfectly. I didn't have much time the day I stopped in, but I was told that if I ever had any questions, be it about a particular strain, use and applications, methods of consumption, or anything else that I should feel free to return and they would be more than happy to chat with me and help me in any way they could. I would absolutely recommend World of Weed to anyone looking for a friendly, informative, competitively priced shop. I will, without a doubt, return in the near future.

We stopped in right after landing at SeaTac. Alex was out budtender and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If we have any other needs on our trip, we'll surely be back. Have been to a couple other shops in Denver and this was the best experience. Thanks Alex!
