Was given the wrong products on curbside.I told them and they wouldn’t let me get what I wanted and kept my money.Didnt even try to make it right or help me at all.

This is a whole health establishment. They organize educational opportunities almost daily. They have a huge inventory and run cost saving specials regularly.

Exactly what you would expect in a small town. Friendly staff who not only make it a point to know your name, but genuinely care about you. I am a brand new patient and a total newbie to cannabis. The staff has been extremely patient with me and have answered all of my questions. They have made me feel welcome and almost like family.

I've been visiting Windy City Litchfield for about a year and have had a great experience every time thanks to the professional and helpful staff. I order online off their recreational menu. I'm usually in and out in about 5 minutes. Security and counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I point my friends this way.

Medicinal cannabis needs to be more available. Everyone says we should be happy to grow but that takes months. Until then, where has all the products gone? I still believe in this amazing movement but wondering what is going wrong & how can the consumer help?
