Where do I begin? To start, there’s absolutely no order at which they have customers lineup to be helped. I was standing at the counter and someone walks up next to me who just came inside and the Budtender starting helping him until I said something. Then as I’m looking through selections I notice nothing is even labeled in a way that you can tell what type of strain it is or the weight that’s available, or the pricing. So, it takes a while to figure out what I’m looking for. Nowhere near as long as the Budtender helping me though. I bought 3 prerolls and an eighth, I was there for over 30 minutes. Also, the Budtender gave me the wrong product for one of the joints, which means that it wasn’t even stocked correctly. The joint I got wasn’t even a strain that was in the section either. Which was a GSC Extreme, and I hate GCS. Then finally, I told the Budtender 3 times I was a veteran, I never got my discount. Other than that, if you enjoy listening to people have uncomfortable conversations about COVID all while standing 1-2 feet away from you not wearing a mask, this is the place for you. I will never return here. It was an entire waste of my money not even getting what I asked for and just far too much disorder and horrible customer service. I really would like my money back, or at least the product I wanted, however that would require going back there, and I truly doubt they care.

All I've been hearing lately is about White Rabbit Cannabis. From customers at my work to local friends so I decided after work to stop by and check it out. This is hands down now one of my top 3 cannabis shops. Customers service was quick and friendly, the guy who carded had excellent customer service and the atmosphere in the shop was relaxing, friendly, and nice. I bought two, one gram pre rolled joints of CherryPie for $18 was a nice price and the joints were solid. A lot of times shops will roll joints to tight and make it harder to hit but this was pretty much perfectly rolled. The high from just one was perfect. A level headed high and lasted for a while. I only have to say that it was just a little sad when I asked for a hybrid Indica dominated joint and he had to keep searching because he didn't know where they were which isn't bad customer service in my opinion, there's a lot of stuff to remember so that didn't bother me that much and I still highly recommend this recreational shop. 10/10

Fantastic Cannabis!!!!!!

I really like White Rabbit Cannabis. I use to go to the High On 99 Store across the street but i prefer the White Rabbit. The people are real nice there and they always got tons of flower and concentrate. Even though i live 25 mins away and drive past many other Recreational shops i still end up at White Rabbit,

So I just recently started smoking again since my anxiety has been creeping up on me really bad. Been having a lot of stress. White rabbit is the first dispensary I actually went into since when I stopped smoking it was before medical cards were around. The customer service was awesome. Asked the budtender what he preferred for my situation and he gave me a few options and recommended a few that I decided to try out. Was spot on with the effects and high I would get. Great knowledge, great selection for the size of the store, kinda surprised me. Been in about 5-6 times since. I've been to other places since smoking again but this one is always great every time. A plus side is I live a block away from it on the little road right behind it so very convenient. Keep it up guys

Extremly high prices. Lots of outdoor bud and fairly old harvest dates. Nice looking place friendly people however they don't seem know much about the cannabis they sell.

I have shopped here in the past and the experience was great but this last visit was stellar. I had been in to the shop a few days before and they were out of a product so I purchased something similar to get me by. The Budtender on duty told me there was an order coming on Wednesday (11/28) so I called to make sure, and, lo and behold, the product was back in stock. I hightailed it out there immediately and Bruce worked with me on my order. I truly believe he provided the best customer service ever received in any of the shops I've visited since WA State legalization. Thank you, Bruce, for going the extra mile. I will be back to White Rabbit Cannabis, guaranteed.

Every person who works in this shop is super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I highly recommend White Rabbit to everyone who’s seeking a uniquely tailored experience. Literally everyone in there truly loves to help, and are happy to entertain your questions. They also have excellent selections of glass, edibles, drinks, tinctures, and vapes! customer service delivered here the guy knew everything even tested Lila and she passed. Have come across plenty of unwelcoming unfriendly idiotic budtenders in this area but not here!

I was a bit skeptical because from the outside it doesn't look like much but the shot lives up to the name. Stepping inside it is well decorated with a relaxed environment. They had a great selection with a staff that was very willing the teach us anything they knew about the various bud/products we asked about.

i don't ever write reviews but they were busy and the service was still top notch. Nick helped me get what I wanted quick with suggestions and even hooked me up cuz I was a bit short when I wanted something extra. that's why I keep coming back. quality products and even better service. keep that shit up!

Stopped here and got a few grams of Sour Diesel :) was good weed.

The staff I've met (during 5+ visits) are real helpful people and represent the business well! I've asked some silly questions (albeit politely) and got great help; great attitudes are much appreciated!

Hey anyone out there know anything about the G-Cut, Seattles Private Reserve? It's amazing. I have a very high tolerance, but G-Cut gets me every time. One of the many reason why we will stay loyal! Love White Rabbit!

Oh the good old days. I went to the White Rabbit expecting to find the same 22 year old "Know-it-Alls" that work at so many of these places now. I was very surprised when I met "Abby" there who greeted me and made me feel at home with a great smile and warm welcome. She also knows a TON about CBD's and the medical benefits of cannabis. I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge and friendliness. I will be back. Well done White Rabbit

Awesome store. Super friendly service from all the guys there, and I picked up some Black 84 which has turned out to be one of my new favorites. Needs some lit magnifying glasses to help see the buds you're picking but otherwise a very inviting place. I will be back in the future for sure.
