Lexi has the best customer service she helps me every time I come it. She makes it comfortable to make the best choice for you and she has lots of patients. Otherwise this location is amazing and I've never had a bad experience with these people

I've been to every dispensary within about 25 miles from Newberg, and Western Oregon Dispensary is my absolute favorite. Whenever I'm looking to try something new I'll ask for one of the budtender's opinions, and I respect how thoughtful, descriptive, and accurate the recommendations always are.

Everybody here is knowledgeable, friendly and fun. I dont go anywhere else.

This is an amazing store!!!! I love coming in here as the vibe is always very chill and relaxed. I hate the over the top yuppie shops. The prices here are very fair compared to other places I've been. The gram specials are great on a budget! Can't beat the amazing service either! Jessica is my favorite tender she is always very sweet and friendly, attentive and knows her stuff! So lucky to have such a wonderful place so close to home. Great job Western Oregon!!!!!!! :D

I like it. All the dispensaries I've been in have been a pleasant experience. I really like Western Oregon Dispensary however because they are close to where I live and they have a good selection, nice staff and it's always chill. One main point however is I have been dealing with arthritis and I went in to see if they had something to help. They had several products. I talked with them for awhile (which they were find spending time with me - no rush at all) and got several options. No pressure about any one item at all. I did follow their recommendation on a cream and a leaf and both provided HUGE relief. If I would not have used the cream before typing this, I could not have typed it! It really really worked and I can't say thank you enough!

BEWARE! I found out, thanks to this place, that I am still being charged tax even though I am medical, and I believe it is because I am with someone who is not. Like most places they did not bother to ask wether i was a medical patient, they neglected their Leafly offer of goods for medical patients, and, after they tried putting my meds under my gfs name, they still charged me tax. Leafly keeps deleting posts like these as "non-informant" but issues like these are a major crisis for medical patients!

The buds were small and full of stems, over price. Felt unwelcome.
