Be extra careful with the online ordering. texted me it was ready for pickup i get there and their all out. Sure they take the order they just don't hold the order. bait and switch?

Gotta give big props to the entire experience. I travel and smoke weed from all over and I’ve gotta say the GG#4 is some of the best flower I’ve ever smoked.

This use to be my favorite place to go but not any more. I order online a lot when im in a hurry to work. When i order something online and it says a product is 98 % thc and i go pick it up and the product i got is only 70 % thc i was upset. With the rona going on a lot of dispensary if you live in oregon will take a recently expired license. They would not, even though it is state law. Very rude boss during the night. Wont go back.

Upon entry you're welcomed to a comfortable waiting room. Once you've retrieved your number to enter the bud room there typically isn't much of a wait. Next, is the bud room. You'll wait in line in the bud room until there is a bud-tender available to assist you. The staff will have the capability of presenting the products they retail. Any products under $45 are so inconsistent that you'll likely receive something you're unhappy with. Either spend the money to get something decent or find a different way to get ur goods. The commercial market is a joke.

There's nothing to dislike about a visit to weedology in ontario, OR. They always have tons of variety and the specials they have are always worth checking out. The owner and his employees know how to treat the customers right. I mean, Isn't that what marijuana and spreading good vibes is all about? Weed should bring people together and weedology does just that. The daily specials they have are my favorite. I love going on Wednesdays when flower is on sale. I don't really have a lot of knowledge when it comes to scientifics behind getting high however, I live doing it. So, What else matters?

Honestly, I order online bc I already know what I like. I find it easy to place an order and pick up is usually pretty quick and easy. However, I find it very annoying that the last few times I’ve gone, the employees seem to care more about their personal conversations than help me. I feel like I’m bothering them for asking for my order. I love to tip for good service and I’m a loyal consumer, but earn it.

Every visit but one was awesome. Unfortunately when I had a return I feel like I was judged on my looks... by the manager only... And denied with insinuations of sabotage. On a 20$ cartridge....? Emails ensued but they have stopped responding.

My step mom and I drive out from Boise while I was visiting so this was my first trip to Ontario and Weedology. There was a wait, as expected. But everyone was respectful of wearing masks and keeping their social distance. Once inside there as a small wait as well. The shop is huge, with a nice big lobby before getting into the actual shop. Their selection is fantastic, we had so many choices. Their menu is available online to peruse or they offer order ahead. There's no special like for ordering ahead until you get inside, so if you order online, you'll still need to be patient. But how for the real reason of leaving this review. Our budtender, Klu (I'm sorry, I don't know your preferred pronouns!). She was so knowledgeable and so friendly. She made sure we knew we had her undivided attention. I was finally getting my step mom her first pen and tip and Klu was patient and helped answer all our questions. She helped us find the best options and gave us some killer recommendations. If I lived in Boise, this would definitely be my go-to spot.

I love ordering online so my flower is ready to go when I get there. Very knowledgeable and friendly budtenders.

I have always enjoyed going to Weedology, but this time was different. I accidentally handed them an extra $20 and wasn’t able to get it back. Told I’d be called but haven’t heard anything back. That $20 was going to be my lunch money so I couldn’t go eat lunch due to this situation. The girl there I talked to about it was not nice, seemed to have an attitude towards me like it was my problem. The other little thing was that when I opened one of the cartridges (a single tube) and there was not a stopper on it. I would like to say that I have always enjoyed going there and have had good service. But walking away without my $ and being treated so poorly was a huge disappointment.

This place has some funny math on their pricing and was a little overpriced overall product with good quality
