The staff are fantastic. Each have great recommendations, and generally vary from person to person which usually shows they all partake and have personal tastes (not just shop recommendations). The one time I had a cart leak the customer service was fantastic. Had bought a $50 cart and smoked about a fourth of it when it leaked overnight down to an eighth of what it had been when full. The woman who helped me was super understanding and then recommended me some great joints.
