VidaCann - Jacksonville Sunbeam

This place should have their license revoked and given to someone that knows how to grow marijuana. These guys are a joke. Their Flower is trash and they don’t let you see it first and no returns. Cured incorrectly, way too dry and crunchy. No flavor, smelled like pine straw. I threw it away after one try. And they have some packet in each jar to dry it out further. Do not spend your money here. You will absolutely regret it. You will get better product from your local high school kids closet operation.

I ordered canal street runtz at 29.1 %thc .when I picked it up it was 25%thc ...whats up with that?. False advertisement. Period. Give the patientwhat the ordered or tell them you're out will you take this percentage. That's wrong to take it upon yourself and get them a different strength. I will not be back.

Clean place. When I went they were very nice. But got home and opened the flower and it was dry and smelled like hay. I now know why they were the only ones with flower stock. No one wants dry flower with no effects. Wasted a half OZ of my recommendation on dry dusty stale flower with mo taste and effects. I called to express my concern and the lady was very rude. And said no one ever complains about their flower. I can find that true because no one buys the sub par product. If they did they would be out of stock like everyone else with good flower. Do yourself a favor if you want flower shop elsewhere. Dont waste your time, money or recommendation.

The Dispensary itself was outstanding looking. Their products were somewhat on the opposite side of the spectrum. With the Distillate being high priced , and their Flower not being trimmed/cured well at all , it will make it hard to be a returning customer.

I love this place. There's almost never a wait. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and strains. the run several specials a week most of the time. Their vape carts are second to none, and competitively price at $44 and $88 for the 400mg and 800mg sizes. they also carry two other brands I haven't tried yet. I know I said this before, but the customer service is terrific. They could use a little more variety, but they've expaanded their grow area so there should be strains coming by summer in definitely recommend shopping here.

These folks are hands down the closet I've gotten to California bud and thier tinctures are perfect to make moon rocks. Staff are so amazing and extremely helpful and down to earth
