VidaCann - Gainesville

Got my card a couple months ago, and I have visited every dispensary in Gainesville just to try them out. I have to say this is my favorite dispensary by far for a couple reasons. The first is that when you walk in it's all one big room, not separated behind screened doors with your name being called like some other dispensaries. It just starts everything off with a nice vibe, and there's also a fish tank with a very friendly fish 🐠 The second reason is that when it comes to customer service, I have always felt the most comfortable here when it comes to asking questions, the staff is very helpful and easygoing. One of my favorite things is that they have these binders on their counters with a page dedicated to each of their strains that they have, which is always fun to look at, and very useful when you want to know more about a strain and how it effects people. The third reason is the quality of their product. Let me tell you, their ground flower is out of this world! Full of popcorn nugs, and a mix of ground. I spoiled myself by getting ground flower here for the first time and now anywhere else I go it's not the same 😂 Their bud is absolutely beautiful and works wonders, and their syringes are my favorite out of most dispensaries so far because of the tip they give you. They also have these refillable carts that have changed my world and saved my butt sometimes when I don't have much. I haven't gotten many edibles or other products yet, but the chocolates and chews I have gotten are pretty dang tasty. All in all my favorite dispensary so far, I highly recommend to anyone in Gainesville who wants good stuff with a good vibe 😃😃

Came on the first day. Nobody in the dispensary but me, yet staff took 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence. Bought Durban Poison. Worst flower I have gotten at a dispensary so far. Way to dry and doesn't even seem cured, let alone properly manicured. Smoked two bowls and gave up on it, the jar has been sitting on my shelf for a month. Cannot fathom how they would have such low quality product on their grand opening, not a way to attract customers at all

This is only my second time trying vidacann but my first time trying delivery and I have to say this is the best delivery system I’ve ever seen I’m not sure if they always have this Quick of a turnaround however I can tell you I put my order in last night and this morning I woke up to a call saying my delivery would be here within two hours they were absolutely amazing when it came to customer service love love love how convenient this was many options for paying just all around great and I can tell you I frequent every dispensary in North Central Florida I’ve tried so many products I have trashbags full of empty packaging I just bought four of their Vape‘s at 40% off special and free delivery and every one of them are great and the cartridges are one of my favorites got to give credit where credit to do and this place seems awesome only complaint I have so far is they do not offer a hardship discount but hopefully that will change in the future... This was my first trip to a Florida dispensary, and I was not disappointed. Great product and service.
