Horrible all around. It sure how they are still in business. Little to no deals ever, and their “low prices” suck. 5% return on purchases, not 10% like most places. No longer exclusive Grassroots products. They have had 5 strains of Cookies flower sitting for over two weeks because no one goes here. Be warned.

Verilife needs to get their online software together for the rewards and curbside ordering. I called the Westminster number and the corporate number given by Westminster Verilife to complain about their software. The problem is I can only order for the Rockville store and not the Westminster Store. I called two weeks ago and the problem is not fixed.
Because of this problem I decided to shop from a competitor and will NOT go back until the problem is fixed.
You lost a customer Verilife all because you cannot fix a simple software problem!

No more points system since they changed ownership..have been told for weeks that will change but no movement..this place has the potential to be so great but being one of the main places in town they seem to be ok with mediocre. Never any consistent sales on flower which is a shame, I used to drive an hour to the next place because their overall experience is that much better...I might have to start doing that again

Ever since Verilife took over there have been nothing but problems. I miss HERBOLOGY. Online ordering and pricing never reflect what you actually pay. Some items showing as "in stock" online in fact are "NOT in stock" but you don't find out until you get to your pickup. You can't sign up for the point system because the software hasn't been created for the Westminster location. The phone number listed for the Westminster office in fact just routes you to a corporate office and often when you call it says you reach them after normal business hours even when you are calling during open hours. I imagine a lot of people who visited what was previously "HERBOLOGY" are now starting to shop elsewhere because of the dramatic decline in convenience since becoming Veriflife. I do NOT recommend this dispensary if you prefer to do most of your ordering online.

I miss Herbology🙁. Everything has changed from the deals to the points to the customer service and atmosphere. No more good vibes from this place I now go out of my way to other dispensaries because the deals are always better and I can use my points and get the customer service I deserve as a patient that spends so much money. Wish I could give zero stars.

Every time I come in there, they greet me politely. There is always casual small talk. And the environment is very relaxed. They always have the best BULK deals in the area. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get a budtender. Highly recommend this place.

All the budtenders are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I love shopping here. Its definitely my go to and the loyalty program really helps out too.

verilife was phenomenal during my first visit. I got Anthony as a budtender and he was excellent in helping me find what I needed and explained everything when I had questions.
