usual great, I love coming here, but seriously stop turning people away at 8:30 when there’s literally only five people in line. it’s bad business.

Had been a medical patient here since prior to recreational use and have seen the availability inventory dwindle down to almost no choice at all. This locations used to have well over 100 items available, and within the last few months they’ve been closer to 20 products in stock regularly. They said it was a state wife issue which was a lie since I transferred and again regularly have a selection of over 150 products to choose from. There seems to be more of an issue that’s cause if their lack of selection. If you are a medical patient I would go elsewhere

Half way thru the first year of rec marijuana sales, and I feel like this place has definitely dropped the ball. In terms of stock, VERY limited selection. Staff is super cool. Prices are almost criminal tho. Would recommend RISE or Windy City.

I’ve been a medical patient here for a couple of years now. I used to love this place, but they’ve really gone downhill. They don’t consistently have any strain of flower. Recently they’ve only had 2-3 strains available for medical patients, but have others available for recreational. This is against regulation rules, as dispensaries are not supposed to have items available for recreational that are not available for medical. I’ll be transferring to another dispensary, sadly.

If you are a recreational customer AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY. THE REC PRICES ARE CRIMINAL AND THEY ONLY RAISED THEM SINCE I WAS THERE LAST. I went there a few times because it was close to where I live. Their whole printed out menus and ticket system made no sense at all, also you have to make an appointment in advance not to pick up but to even be able to get in there. You get in line and get passed a pencil with a menu and a ticket stub attached. Then you walk in they scan your ID, they take your ticket number but then you are supposed to show em the ticket stub you got. 3 people have to look at it before they know whats going on, and they don't know your ticket number so whats the point. It only makes you have to fiddle around with it and it's confusing and pointless.
The flower selection is always limited, AND THE PRICES ARE CRAZY. Illinois tax code on cannabis is insane and they don't have a single 1/8th under 65. So in the end you will end up paying over 80 dollars for a single 1/8th. When I when there I bought shake and I looked again out of curiosity and they raised the price for the same product by 5. If you wanna be a repeat customer that adds up really fast. They don't even sell quads or halves of shake often and you will end up waiting for a deal that will probably be gone by the time you get there. I saw they changed the system to be a place order and pickup style BUT there are no pictures or descriptions of product, it's janky AF and looks horrid.
I am not kidding when I say you are better off spending gas money and driving to Oak Park, where they have a WAY BETTER SELECTION OF FLOWER a lot of the time priced at 50 or 55, and when the tax rate is 21.3% you will end up saving money.
Side note last time I went there the cashier kid was very obviously high and had trouble counting the cash I handed him. He had to recount it 4 times (yes i noticed I'm not exaggerating). That visit when I stood in line I asked an employee about a menu item he came up to me lowered his mask and took a rip off a vape pen, which seriously pissed me off, not only braking social distancing but blowing vapor next to my face.
In closing IF YOU ARE A RECREATIONAL CUSTOMER DO NOT BUY FORM THIS PLACE YOU WILL GET FLEECED. Seriously after trying out other dispensaries I felt ripped off by this place, you are better off driving 15 extra miles, hell I would drive 30 miles to avoid this place in my shitty 2002 Corolla because I would still save 15 dollars on a single 1/8th. Only reason I gave this place 2 stars in quality because it was the first time I tried Verano G6 which i really liked, BUT their Blue Dream was so badly dried it hurt to smoke. Yea if you are an everyday smoker it's no big deal but if you smoke a few times a week like I do you will notice it.

Never have what they say they have even at the door with the list the hand out, just to get to the counter to hear sorry we don't have. Maybe they should catch up with sunnyside model.

Live resin is severely overpriced. Paid $110 with tax for 1 gram. Straight up criminal!!!!!!!!!!! Wasn’t any better than the $60 stuff....Staff was super nice tho

They got rid of their reward system without notice to medical patients. After recreational sales started there was almost no medicine available for me because I'm under 21. Illinois has a BS rule where I can't buy smokeable/vapeable products and almost no edibles were left. Then they act like they care about me and my concerns and push me out to take in the next herd of recreational customers. I'm not joking they come in groups of 4-5 and walk down a hallway big enough for one person to stand in front of the medical card booth. SO I get pushed over and out of the way trying to get my medicine. This place went downhill. Stay away.

The bud tender who served me, Alyssa , was super friendly and helpful. So knowledgeable. Love the online reservation system and the variety of product. There are closer dispensaries but this one is worth going to, for me.

Came here around 4-5x since opening had zero issues with the process. I go in today and they tell me they won’t accept Illinois Temp ID/DL even though they are legal IDS so for anyone doing REAL ID upgrade to fly beware it takes around 2-3 months for it arrive in mail and Verilife will not honor the temp the state gives you. Zero issues with my temp at any other dispo in the area. Not sure why you made this awful move as hundreds of thousands will need to update there IDs by October to meet the real ID requirement to fly nationally. I’m for recreational state law marijuana not company policy marijuana will not come back very disappointed at this choice Verilife has taken.

This was the dispensary I first enrolled with for medical. It was right after the new year that I was able to go and recreational just started. I was SO relieved to know that I did not have to sit in the same line as Rec. at first they had a decent selection but now it’s so limited and I feel like they are paying less attention to medical than rec. I switched dispensaries because they also got rid of their loyalty program and the terrible selection. The place I go to now is just a tab bit further but worth it because unlike Verilife they have well over 20 products total in stock and they have a loyalty program which is nice when you spend a lot of money on medicine. I occasionally check their menu and it is still so disappointing.

This store was awesome. It was my first visit to an IL dispensary and I was really impressed. As a industry veteran, I was impressed by the quality of service that I received. The Verilife staff we friendly, helpful, and made the experience truly memorable. The product was great. The flower was dank, the gummies were very tasty, and the service was the most memorable for sure.
Great job Verilife. Keep up the good work.

Love the prerolls and that they have flower more often than not. All the staff has been nice and helpful every visit so far. Good cart selection. Only wish they had concentrates more often. Website is updated regularly and seemingly in real time! Very helpful!!!! Thank you all at Verilife.
