Verilife - Galena (Adult Use)

Verilife sells 28g of Columbia Care ~ Love Triangle *** do not buy this **** it states Shake on description page , but after purchase the container says Kitchen Shake it’s clearly TRIM!!! Total crap waste of money!!! Verilife customer service basically doesn’t exist!!! Worst purchase ever made at this Dispensary. Verilife ~ Galena , Illinois

This place is a bad example of a dispensary, high priced uneducated, low quality. I won’t be returning

I've had an account at verilife for a couple years. Last 4 of my ph# 9629. Unknowingly Purchased a product with delta 9. Called to discuss protocol for a return as I receive no benefit of delta 9 ingestion. He could have said "We don't do returns." and I would have been fine with that. For some reason he decided to convince me that I was wrong and delta 9 is great. I don't drive 60 miles to patronize a business just to call and get an argumentative tone of voice and told I'm wrong. He should have listened to me first. I wasn't calling to be convinced. How great it is doesn't matter. I don't care for it. It isn't the reason I come to the store. Now, the reason I come to the store no longer matters as I will be going to the 2 "Dispensary" stores that are closer. Plus the one in Milan. I prefer stores that listen to their customers.

Verilife is very professional, while still providing a down to earth, good vibe. I’ve never waited more than 15-20 minutes, even on busy days. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I recently made the decision to continue to drive an extra 20 minutes to go to Galena, rather than stop at East Dubuque, I already drive an hour one way, so that means something. The only improvement id like to see is including tax on the displayed price online

My boyfriend and I have come here 2 times now, we love that the pricing is more affordable for the same products as neighboring dispensaries. We also appreciated that there was helpful materials on the wall to learn about the laws and how much you can purchase for in/out of state residents. I wish the staff would've told me I couldn't gotten more, but he was friendly and helpful to replace products. I wish that they were able to show products in the room, but pre-order is the way to go! Quick and easy and you skip the lines! Come prepared, and your service is quick and easy! wish they had a waiting room though!

Great place and so perfectly located, not to mention great staff! This is just off of Galena's Main Street and was easy to walk to from where we stayed at the cannabis-friendly Aldrich Guest House! There are lots of people waiting to help so lines are short and move quickly. There are tons of different options for flower, edibles, carts, oils, etc. And the prices are great plus they often have deals, just ask them if there are any special offers. Definitely going here again!

Online order placed for 33% thc product, but when home, packaging indicated 27%. Buyer beware.

Wasn’t feeling great, took one gummy and within half hour started feeling better & ready to get stuff done.

This place is a little different from some other IL dispensaries as far as how the order is placed and how you pick it up. It is personal, in-depth, and very friendly. The on line ordering, rewards program, and veterans discount makes this location a no brainer for me. Definitely worth the extra drive from ED.

Verilife is great. If you know what you want, you'll be in and out in under 5 minutes. Prices are way better than East Dubuque. This is now my new go-to.

I recently purchased a sour tangie cartridge while it gets you extremely messed up with a nice happy, creative high the taste leaves a lot to be desired. If the name indicates a tangerine flavor I didn't notice it on inhaling or exhaling at all. It tasted, to me, a bit on the mediocre side. But it manages get you extremely high.

Catherine was an incredible budtender! She has exceptional product knowledge that guides the novice to those more experienced customers. The ability to suggest the best selections for each customer set's her apart from the rest of us in the service industry. She goes beyond the ordinary to be extraordinary! No strain description on website,Every time I preorder it’s a guessing game as to what I’m looking at and ordering.Quality has gotten terrible.Find a reputable hemp store it can be equally as good for a fraction of the cost.Read your label and educate yourself…You’ll be surprised!!

Great dispensary. Was in on July 9th and had a great experience from start to finish.

First time visiting and very, very impressed with customer service I received. From a bit of confusion with a sale item out front to making sure a manager took care of the situation in the back. Then the mutual industry respect and great opinion on the terpene content and quality of my purchase I got from Taylor K was outstanding!! Great budtender that deserves tips for sure, please change that policy soon. Thank you again from a great Veteran and medical card home grower. I'll see you again.
