Streamline check in and a neato place.

Garbage selection. Some of the employees are ruthlessly rude(not all). They sold me bad product and told me that all sales are final. Then proceeded to give some lady after me a discount. If I could leave zero stars I would. Never going back

My wife, isn’t a native of the US, went in and attempted to use the atm and get some weed. The atm took 100 from the account but spit out a 20. After harassment from the atm third party (hired therefore employed by the dispensary) and a manager who called her a liar even with proof, she was embarrassed. Where she is from this could mean prison or detainment despite your innocence. Don’t worry, they fixed the mistake and provided cash.. right? Wrong. They gave the money and the employee bud tender apologized for their own management. Yikes, that’s bad. So not even an apology. This at least seemed like it was racial for sure. I reached out and they are trying to ignore it. The lady below who had bad service.. I can understand! But we expected an apology. They won’t. Enter at your own risk. They have the capacity to provide terrible service, blame you for it, then ignore you. Everywhere weed is good in Cali, service here is below deck sub par.

This place is terrible, don't EVER give them your business. I VERY SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR ONE EIGHTH OF INDICA AND ONE OF SATIVA. The guy brings over some options, I pick out one indica and one sativa. And put them aside saying these are the ones I want. When he goes to ring me up, he just randomly picks up two of the sativas and rings me up and puts them quickly in the bag without even looking. WHY ARE YOU BRINGING ME OVER OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEN YOU DONT EVEN CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU CHARGE ME FOR THE ONES THAT I PICKED? Also - the whole "you can't browse the products yourself you need to speak with someone to buy anything" is completely outdated. This isn't 2013. You're reducing your average purchase size by doing this.

This company has gotten too big for its britches. I recommend a smaller individually owned dispensary. They tell you to write a review for a pre-roll but it has to be a certain rating well here's a rating for you. Dr greenthumbs lemon Grove that's a dispensary to go to

I moved to San Diego from Portland, Oregon about two years ago. Though cannabis is good here, it wasn't quite up to par with the quality found in the Northwest. Until I found Urban Leaf. The strains are true to form, fresh and potent. They Private Label quite a few, and the expertise of their Buyer shows. Excellent quality! My #1 place in San Diego.

10/10 would recommend this dispensary. Friendly customer service and beautiful environment

I really liked the presentation of the place it was overstimulated with items. The bud tender Chelsi was really helpful and knowledgeable of different strains. I tried one of their lemonade drinks and it was really good and effective which is supervising because edibles don’t usually have strong effects on me.
