Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

I specifically asked for RSO due to my constant pain, and to see if it was indica, hybrid, or sativa. Bud-tender tells me all of RSO is indica because it’s all for pain. I then ask if it’s a skittlez mix of strains or is it strain oriented, he specifically told me it was an indica rso of mixed strains, I get home to see my RSO is actually strain oriented and a 80/20 SATIVA strain at that. Lots of options, but butenders and atmosphere are completely chaotic. Bud-tenders shouldn’t talk out of their ass if they don’t know what they’re talking about, especially with MEDICAL patients.

I will never be back. There is ALWAYS some kind of issue when I come here, either their flower is mis-labeled, they try to hard sell me on something I don't want or need, they lose my referrals-but not an issue now because I will never refer a friend here ever again. The budtenders are by far the rudest I've encountered in the industry and do little to actually answer your questions. You're better off going literally anywhere else.

Update to last review: got a call from the owner and asked me to come back in to make things right, which they did. I totally respect any business owner that wants to make sure they are serving their customer's needs. I will be back!

For some reason I found myself stuck buying crap weed from big chain dispensaries, sure you feel like you’re being frugal but you end up having to smoke twice as much. Come Urban Greenhouse- high quality flower grown in-house. Haven’t had a single problem! What a world of a difference between those shops that try to churn over profit. This place is for the connoisseur. It’s out of my way but worth the trip.

ive been shopping here for a long time and was a very loyal customer. when recreational hit, they took away all thier discounts making everything ridiculously over priced and gave medical patients NO NOTICE. ive been struggling to find my regular meds at their normal price now. They have TERRIBLE customer service, will argue with you about using your loyalty points. They dont care about patient all they care about is MONEY.

Use to be a Great Dispensary. One of if not the best in my opinion. Ever since they've been bought out by Harvest, they have been going downhill. They use to have deals that were really worth it. Now they have the BS buy 2 get 1, when before it was BOGO or 3 top shelf 8ths for $60, if that strain never sold for whatever reason, but it was bomb product. Now they have horrible flower House, Premium, and Top being dry, alfalfa, grassy smelling, so you are forced to buy branded products at full price. Not only that, ever since they were bought off they DO NOT I repeat DO NOT honor a 1st time patient deal if you been to another Harvest EVER in the past. They used to have a 5 patient deal special and would honor it whenever you renewed your card. This is not the case anymore. Avoid Harvest & Curaleaf dispensaries at all cost they only care about the $.

Dry and weak bud, I shouldn't have to rehydrate my bud if you're not selling old product/packaging it correctly. The concentrates though are a huge red flag, my health is too important to me to be dabbing something made out of an RV.

This place is the worst. This is the second time I have driven across town for one of their BOGO cartridge deals only for them to tell me they’re out of stock. Total bait and switch. Total BS.

Been to this place a few times now. Don't got any complaints about it since I've started going. Nice set up inside. The meds here are okay for a dispensary that's only been open for like less than half a year. I'm sure they'll get much better as they grow into the community. Just keep up the menu, updates, and good service, this place will be one of the best dispensaries in phx. And much sure ya keep up the good testing on your meds. Also they got some pretty nice shatter, but doesn't really have a smell or taste. But the high is good. Nice deals too. Much Peace & Love

The past year since Ive had my card I've lived on the far east and west side. I've tried a lot of dispenseries in the valley and UGH is hands down the best!! I will travel all day in this god forsaken urban dessert to get there. Quality, pricing and CS is superior! Oh and the MAGIC BROWNIES are ridiculous! They are for real when they say be careful! Im a cannabis vet and these things pack so much punch any other form of "illegal" hallucinogenics are unneeded. Had a real inlightening magical experience to say the least. Well worth the price but wish emerald leaf would use more organic ingredients including a natural sugar alternative. I would not eat proccessed sugar at all if I was trying to treat cancer.

Very friendly and welcoming staff - everyone. Budtender (sorry, don't remember his name) was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. On my first visit, Rugburn OG and DJ Short Blueberry were both very nice: excellent aroma, taste and effects. Second visit a few days later, Bubba Kush and Sweet Tooth both nice meds but quite dry. I'm sure I'll return.

Was very VERY pleased not only with the quality of the flower but the outstanding customer service! Everyone including the owners made sure to make me feel welcome, and really listened my and everyone's feedback! I took home some of the DJ, which not only looked amazing covered in a snow of tricomes, but also tasted literally like blueberries! I also got the Blue Widow and was very pleased especially for the cost, a very strong sativa! Great vibes every time I come in, most of these complaints I've read are from people who OBVIOUSLY do NOT know what quality flower looks like! I will be back, great work keep it up!

This was a nice dispensary, everything matched and it looked very sleek inside. The inside is kind of empty but there is ample parking and it is relatively close to a freeway. There is a limited strain and edible selection. Edibles are provided by Emerald Leaf and Lilo. They have three small stations where you can inspect the available strains. They grow all their flowers in house so their quality is very consistent and high. I purchased a brownie and as a new patient I got a free gram of Girl Scout Cookies. The cannabis was top shelf. Very dense and covered in trichomes. It has a great smell and taste very clean. They have some discount items but they are priced in the mid-high range overall. Definitely worth a visit for the free gram if you are a first timer.
