the cannabis is so sticky that you'll be back the next day or that same day for more than a gram. they got first class buds

I've stopped in here several times now to try out their flowers and concentrates, not bad, very "organic" so lower terps but cleaner meds. However, this establishment has done away with the knowledgeable consultants in lieu of a younger, more female staff lineup. real great guys; few things are more infuriating than being consulted by staff who don't genuinely believe in or are very new to cannabis. needless to say I couldn't find my treatment path here, and I wouldn't recommend others to try.

This is the only place I been to that gave me so many seeds and the price was high im one sad customer

On my first visit, the quality about this dispensary that struck me the hardest was the customer service. I was welcomed by a kind, attractive receptionist who explained their process and FREE rewards system which grants you a free eighth for every 500 dollars spent (not bad). After being escorted by a budtender to the selection, I purchased a quad of Sour Diesel, a quad of Mastadon Kush, and three pre-rolls, on top of which they gave me a free gram of bubblegum kush. All the meds were top quality and tasted EXCELLENT while smoking, since everything grown here is organic and soil based. However, I did find quite a few seeds in my batch of Mastodon :( not a big issue, just an inconvenience. The bud was still killer :D All in all, for 73 bucks a quad and great service, I will be visiting this dispensary again.

Urban Greenhouse is by far top quality all around. The atmosphere when you walk in is retro ish which I think sets a positive mood. Very friendly and meds are exceptional. I recommend the Kosher Kush and Chemdawg. Also outstanding concentrates! Chemdawg again!

This place has koo people working but their product is not at all medical grade,more like I just smoked a cig. an got light headed.As for their SLIM J reg. Not worth the time or money.I went in thinking great looking pen,WRONG bought two n both had problems . would have rather have had my money but got the same bs pens. No kick to these meds what so ever .Only would go here like, Never Again

I got 3 prerolls, just wish they weren't so loose. The product is always great! please have Grams for all strains. That's my only request. Otherwise this place is in my Top 3 dispensaries to go to. ☆Keep up the great work☆

very unhelpful staff, I would ask a question only to have the budtender ignore it and tell me what he thought was better, the prices are way over priced for a bland and honestly not good bud. the only good thing about this place was the music selection.

WACK! Whenever your card expires they don’t let you do online orders. They make you physically go and wait in line to update your card even if there isn’t a lapse. Big inconvenience. Other shops do not do this to you.

🚨🚨🚨🚨don’t buy the shatter I have been a regular for years. I went in last week after purchasing 5 for 88 for three shattered that was crumble the product is Not worth the money. I placed an online order and saw the display of the shatter. I saw the quality was shitty asked to switch they refused. I called the store they said that it depends on the manager if it was her she would switch it. WOW inconsistency like it’s the luck of the drawl. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WONT CARE IF THERE PRODUCT IS SHITTY THEY JUST LOST TWO CUSTOMERS

I used to love this place but now since its owned by Harvest expect service and quality to since to a new low. They are already stocking the shelves with Harvests crappy weed and the customer service sinking to a new low

Urban has a new rule that does not allow a a couple to make a purchase together. They are treating adults like children. NEVER GOING BACK.

this is the worst dispensary in arizona the budtender meggo doesnt know anything shes talking about i had specific questions she failed to help me with. in the end ive tried calling them 3 times to speak to a manger and not once have i got a call back from them its like they really dont care about their customers. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I used to shop here daily. Staff knows me on first name bases. Even before the corona virus this dispensary was going downhill. Rude new staff, lack of knowledge on products and prices, and the procedure per visit got difficult and awkward. Now that the corona virus has changed things it has gotten worst. I live across the street and won’t go here anymore

Another Dispensary trashed by harvest

Urban Greenhouse is decent. The problem I have encountered is they package flower in plastic containers. The flower then sits on the shelf and is dry by the time its sold. If they packaged the flower in air tight glass jars the product would be much fresher and cured better. The flower is potent but I will only buy grams from here so the flower dont turn to complete dust before I smoke it.

I was a first time patient this past Sunday and my experience didn'tstart out too well. The first time patient special is buy one get one free anything in the store, which is absolutely amazing. I purchased a 1000 mg cartridge and was supposed to receive a second 1000 mg cartridge for free. I live about 17 miles from the dispensary and when I got home I noticed that I received two 500 mg cartridges instead of the 1000 mg. I was extremely bummed and called the store, was told come back in whenever and they'll make it right. I went back in the following day and after a rocky initial interaction with the GM, Jon, he came thru in the clutch. I received the 1000 mg cartridge and he went even further than that. He comped me a shatter cone and something rolled in a palm leaf that was pretty damn good. I thought the shatter cone was a little better but obviously burned more quickly. I was extremely happy with those items. The PURA pure oil that they have is also top-quality. Could work on the taste just a little bit. Good stuff, good times. The GM Jon at Urban Greenhouse is a class act and I very much appreciate his outstanding customer service and patience with me. Everyone should stop there and check them out. You'll be happy

I have been to several dispensaries and have found this one to be the best by far. Great First-Time customer deal! Friendly staff and helpful for the first time walk through. Prices are slightly higher than some competition out there, but let's face it all of the strains I purchased where much better all the way around, which made the price worth it. I am looking forward to seeing a location open near me that way I don't have do drive an hour for the perfect experience. I would like to know if there are any up coming deals for the holidays?
