great people, good selection.

this place lost my business. been here three times now and twice it has been just bad. this time I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes after being checked in. never got called back. people who came in after me were going right back. its like they forgot I was there... I'll just go elsewhere now

It was my first time here, the staff (and security) was super awesome and upbeat, the dispensary was out of a few items I was coming in for but they were very accommodating and informative about their selection. I worked with 'Tree and he was very helpful, patient, and hard working! I will definitely be returning. And- they are open during construction! Plenty of parking just north of the building.

I like the Thai sticks and they got some of the best flower I choose this as the first dispensary when I go carded

honestly the place is nice people are cool but the weed I just got was super dry n doesn't get me were I want to be/:

the best part was leaving!!!!! they couldnt even tell me what that had in stock then told me there would be a shipment at 5pm and that i should come in at 6pm to get the thai-sticks

I stopped in here the other day as a new patient. the staff was very friendly and fast. My budtender was a female named chip she took great care of me, recommended the Pura Earth cartridge. boy am I satisfied with that recommendation. It is a great product very effective. while I was there the manager John came out and greeted me, made me feel at home while I was there. I will definitely be back again and will recommend you to all of my friends thank you for the great service U.G.D. team!

Ask for Nick or Jeremiah, they are so awesome! Pet friendly, but if you bring your dog be sure to bring a leash.

This was my second visit here and I gotta say the staff was friendly and informative. The brownies I bought were delicious and a great mellow high. I'll definitely be back soon.

The employees were more helpful then my stoned senses would allow me to be at that time I was led in the rite direction with the flowers!

Had a great experience when I visited. Atmosphere was great and so was the product until I found seeds. Called and reported and they were happy to fix the mistake. Overall great quality product, wonderful people.

This is a follow up post to one I did about a week ago. I bought a vap pen refill but when I got home to medicate, found that while it did hit, the hits were very light and took much effort. This is unlike all the others I have tried, which pull very easy and give a big cloud. I tried a few times on my pen, then even moved to the bigger battery. Nothing changed, little tiny hits. So I posted my feedback, I was disappointed with the product and "wondered what the return policy is" . Live very far from the store so it's not easy for me to get there during the week, but I was finally able to make it on Saturday. I explain the problems I was having with the cartridge. They took the cartridge and had it tested, and came back telling me it worked fine. I explained that I've been using these vap pens for quite a while and the cartridge was defective. It did work a little, yes , but not like it should. The manager at this point took my word, and replaced the cartridge. ..and boy am I glad he did!!!! The new one worked exactly like what I was used to and the taste/quality was amazing!!!! I can't wait to puff my way through this one and try the next!! This was the 5.0 strain... Side note, most places put .75 or less in their cartridges.. This is a full g for about same price!!!! Thanks again Urban Greenhouse!!!

This used to be in my top two favorite stores but is now the only place I want to shop. With the specials and reward points it is right there with the best deals in town. Their cartridges were always their big draw, but now the oil is stronger and a lot better. The MAIN reason I want to come back though is the recent upgrade in the quality of bud. Something very good happened at their grow room and they now have a handful of premium quality buds that stand up to any bud in town, and I have tried them all. I drive from Chandler to get there, but I never have to wait long for service. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I love coming to Urban Greenhouse. The budtender's make you feel so welcomed. they have great quality.

Wax! Good wax folks! Computer focused sales with really nice employees :) I like they use snap bottles instead of sealer bags. Always a deal .... Two thumbs up

The services was great wonderful customer service and they where all friendly loved it will be back for sure...
