I have been going to a different dispensary that is closer to my house but had been displeased with their service and prices. Gave Uptown Funk a shot, and I must say the difference is astounding. Great service, great products, everything was top tier. Johhny was the employee that helped me - he was very professional and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get what I needed. Kudos - you earned a new customer.

I love the products on hand but perhaps think about your people who place orders and spend good money they really don't want to sit and wait. They should kinda be first come first serve I still have anxiety coming waiting not knowing if I'll run into worker or not the whole point is to be discreet. Food for thought on winning me over.

Always a great group working. Nothing but smiles and positive vibes onto of extensive knowledge of their products. They are always ready with both customer specific suggestions, and even with answers to those difficult questions. They make sure you leave with the right medicine for you. This is why I continue to bring my business to Uptown Funk.

Did not have the flower I wanted but through conversation and the help of staff I was able to get a product which may be better for me than the flower I wanted.

It's always a great experience whenever I stop by (which is several times a week). The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. It's worth the lobby wait (which is usually short) for the selection and atmosphere. Tenders remember you and engage you. If you mention a spouse, kid, or hobby, they will ask about them the next time you're in. They're also great at advising me not to use all my available units when there is a sale in the next few days. Once you add the selection to the atmosphere, it is easily my favorite dispensary in MS. I haven't seen better here or out West.

Uptown funk has good deals, and all of the bud tenders are great.

This dispensary has a great selection when it comes to flower. I have been coming here since their soft opening, and was informed their grand opening would be later this month. My only complaint is the service. Cathy was friendly at first, but I became offended when my last visit there, I was not provided an option to participate in their newly launched rewards program. I was able to get that corrected but I work in customer service, and the biggest disappointment was leaving and not being acknowledged. I spoke out have a great night and with three ladies there, not one could even respond. I will come solely for strains but theyve lost my comfort in service.. It only takes one time.
