after having used this dispensaries for almost all of my personal use for about a year, I will never again be going back. What was once a very welcoming place to step into, has turned into exactly the opposite. The greeters at the front door seem annoyed to have to check you in, and once you get to the back all the employees seemed to preoccupied rolling pre-rolls or doing something else to help out any of the customers. I used to love that this place is only about five blocks from my home on Alberta, but would make a 30 minute drive to not deal with the lack of service that is offered.

I just don't like the shop

Wow. What an awful dispensary. The employees have literally no care for the culture or consumers coming into this location. Most of them have no idea what they’re talking about and will just consistently point you toward the most expensive items without a care for what you’re interested in. Perhaps the worst part about this dispensary is the pricing. It’s consistently double the cost for the exact same good (easily traceable on leafly) when I mentioned this to one employee she laughed in my face and assured me “well it sells”. No shit it sells, but you don’t have to be a soulless money grubbing corporation. I’d strongly encourage any and all serious cannabis users to avoid this place like The Fucking plague.

Stuck going here due to location. The flower selection for Indicas is minimal. Their BHO and cartridges are the same quality that I’ve found elsewhere. My problem is that they run daily specials that they often don’t acknowledge or offer. You have to ask. Then, they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about for a minute. It’s irritating and a pain.

What a great place! The staff are cool people, always a pleasure to chat with and they are so knowledgeable. I also like how the place is always kept clean and tidy.

I sent a copy of the following email to Uplift Botanicals at 5421 NE 33rd Avenue Portland, OR. Dispensaries today are eager to receive reviews from their customers for posting to your site when they are positive. This one is not positive but should probably be posted none the less. TO: Business Owners Yesterday I reviewed your link at leafly.com and found that you are selling Dream Lotus for $10 per gram. Today I dropped by your business and bought 2 grams of Dream Lotus and paid $26. Received no receipt, no caution notice, no camaraderie. Today I am again seeing the pricing at your business link to leafly remains at $10 per gram on the Leafly website after my purchase was made. Poor representation of your business in my opinion. Your math doesn't add up. I am not inclined to be a repeat customer. Doesn't seem to me that you want my business or that of other leafly customers. The following is the response I received from Uplift Botanicals: Just wanted to address your concerns and assure you that there's no intent to deceive you or any of our customers. I'm sorry that our Leafly page appeared confusing. It can be really hard for us to keep it up to date as well as accurate for both medical and recreational customers. The $10/g price on Dream Lotus is actually for medical patients. That said the reason that you paid $26 for 2 grams is due to the state imposed tax of 25% to all recreational customers which every dispensary has to charge. In our case we raise the rec price slightly to $10.40 a gram so that when you add the 25% sales tax it equals a round number which is $13 a gram. We would be happy to provide you a receipt for your purchase anytime and can still offer you one if you'd like which will break down the costs as I described. Anyhow I hope that at the least the Dream Lotus treated you well and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can do. Regards, Team Uplift

I have to say when this place first opened, I had a bad experience. A miscommunication about credit cards and I thought I would move on but I've gone back to this place since and they have only won my business but my respect. Great products all across the board! Nice and selective. You get the owner really is taking pride in his selections. Top shelf weed at all price points. I adore the last selection I made but I'm not willing to share it in hopes I can clean them out of it. If you shop here, you are most likely going to meet the owner and his wife and in my interactions with them,this is the kind of good people family small business I want to support. I would highly recommend this store to the first time nervous housewife. Easily discrete access(park at Walgreens or New Seasons!) knowledgeable thoughtful staff that will walk you through it and it's a beautiful little place that's got a spa like feel. Thanks Uplift! Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know the ladies that were working the floor today did an amazing job keeping everything in order and everything moving, even with a power outage that hit them randomly and then took the POS system off-line they were still very upbeat, positive and friendly even when dealing with other customers who were not very pleasant. Thank you ladies, wonderful experience with you as always!❤

Love their assortment of concentrates. Especially CBD. I use CBD for chronic pain but can't afford a medical card. So I appreciate that they don't charge an arm and a leg for it. This place has a great vibe to it and the budtenders know their stuff. Will be back.

Small location but they have excellent selection and very friendly staff. I enjoy this place because it is located nearby where I live and they offer good deals on stuff. Other places have more "atmosphere" but this place is good if you just want to buy a great product without any bells and whistles needed.

uplift is one of the top on my list.. there inventory is right on with the power to back it.. love there selections of flower along with the wax.. have been back regularly for the Bubba kush headband. .

Uplift has THE BEST selection of flower in the neighborhood. I Love the Selection i love the people an their speed in terms of service. providing quick and accurate information, it makes every visit worth the 8 block walk (from my house) worth it lol Peace & Love
