Absolutely terrible way to do cannabis business. Would you buy $50.00 worth of steak without being able to see the piece of steak? That is what you have to do in NY. Not other states. You see it in a jar you smell it and they weight it out for you. I bought 4 1/8ths. 2 were good, 2 were terrible. Dried out and terrible high and I have been smoking for 50 years. I think the dispensaries have their hands tied, but it is terrible way to do cannabis business. Also all the weed is old because the farmers could not sell their product with only 23 locations in NYS. Did NY screw up for lack of a better phrase.

I had a leaky cart and the manager happily exchanged it and recommended a new strain (Skywalker). The employees were attentive and I’ve ordered items for delivery twice and so far I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend & will def be purchasing again!

Service as usual was great did have a issue with a group of female staff that was screaming music playing it was extremely loud but the staff member that helped me he was a gentleman and got me out quick before my ear drums exploded. I really like location but if that continues I'll just go to another place great product as usual.

The staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the products. Love the atmosphere of the store and the little things to keep it on brand. Always has product in stock too.

They have the best prices in the city by a mile! Decent 1/8ths for 37$. Cheap pre rolls and edibles. Rarely a line. Very efficient. The top shelf goes crazy. For once, something that sounds to good to be true, actually exists. Great location. close to union.

Favorite thing is them completely selling the theme of “taking flight” staff has always been helpful, pickup has been effortless, and has great events from time to time.

The staff is very helpful and incredibly nice. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from there, which they have a ton to choose from. My go to place in NYC.

Not worth the aggrevation of shopping there, go anywhere else instead.

Extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Everything I have pruchased here has been excellent. I particularly reccomend the Hudson Cannabis full-melt hash, it's delicious. I wish they had a larger selection of concentrates, but I am hopeful they will expand their stock soon.

Everyone was so polite and accommodating from the time that I entered until the time that I left. There was a very short line to go in, even on a Friday evening. Security was extra friendly and efficient in making sure that everyone got in as quickly as possible. Beautiful, well organized store filled with quality products at reasonable prices, especially by NYC standards. I knew what I wanted before my visit, so I did not directly deal with a budtender (I was able to place my order on one of the several kiosks located throughout the store), but I saw many other customers conversing with them, and they seemed to know their stuff. The location is super convenient for tourists or anyone that works/lives in lower Manhattan, as it is less than a five minute walk from the train at Union Square.

Everybody is great. If the line looks look don’t worry it moves fast.
