Terrible customer service ! Very rude and does not know how to great customers or make them feel valued! Plus they never have pre rolls!!

Shay, the manager, is the worst possible person to place in a position of leadership. She has managed to create a very unwelcoming and rude store. She did a great job at making me feel like I never should have ordered from this location. Isn't bud tending supposed to be fun? #replaceshay

I have always liked ultra health, I just wish they had a better sativa selection instead of indica and hybrid all the time

Online ordering is always open at this store even if they are closed. Memorial Day and 4th of July I was able to place my order only to find out they are closed. Need to do better.

I walked in, got the worst attitude from jump coming from the lady collecting IDs. Her personality left far too much to be desired. They need new employees, whom actually want to be there. If I am give you my money, I deserve to be treated with a little respect. Won't go to this location again. Ultra Health normally has awesome service. Not here!!!

Awful service, rude. Pretty sure they are not weighing out the amounts correctly. The tiniest buds I’ve ever seen.

The older ladies (especially the red head) are extremely rude, you can tell it’s all about the money for them. Stopped going because of their horrible attitude.

Unfortunately we have limited options in my area. This one has the rude lady everytime. The cheap bud is okay, until she picks the bottom of the barrel for ya and gives you stems. What a waste of money. To bad they don't care about their customers.
