Twin Peaks Dispensary

There was no one to greet me when I walked in. I looked at another person in the lobby and asked what was up and she said she had been there for a few minutes and hadn't seen anyone. A guy came out a few minutes later and said that a bud tender didn't show up for a shift and they were running behind. I finally got in a few minutes later and was totally underwhelmed. I asked for three items and they were out of stock. The prices were not what were advertised either. I'm a value shopper and when the bud tender wouldn't honor what I was showing him on my phone from their menu, I should have walked. I settled on some shatter which was soooo disappointing. I feel that I paid pretty top dollar for it and it tasted like grass. I won't be back. Peace.

If I were able to leave a zero star review for Twin Peaks I would. I visited the Twin Peaks Longmont Dispensary on February 2, 2019 a Saturday which just so happened to be their Grand Opening. When I was checked in there were several people ahead of me, I provided my ID and took a seat in the waiting room. About 10 minutes into waiting a friend of the Twin Peak’s employee checking id’s came in and the Twin Peak’s employee let their friend skip the line – which was annoying but this alone does not merit a zero star rating. When my name was finally called about 20 minutes after I walked in, I was ushered into the retail area and was assigned a mid-twenties female budtender. My budtender was completely put-out by such simple questions as “what are your specials?” and “do you have the item listed as a special in stock so I can purchase it?”. Specifically, when asking about specials my budtender proceeded to unenthusiastically and in monotone read off of a laminated menu—I can certainly read for myself. I identified an item that I wanted to purchase and I said “Do you have the disposable vape that is on special?” the response I received was “I don’t know” which I had to follow up with “Well could you go check?” which she begrudgingly did. I selected three items and my budtender rang up my purchases. The countertop was cluttered with displays, business cards, stacks of stickers and other items. When I held out my hand to receive change my sleeve grazed a display, which then partially fell over and subsequently knocked over a cup of coffee that was behind the counter. I immediately grabbed the display and apologized – a total of about 2 tablespoons of coffee spilled —the budtender immediately yelled “ Fu*king Really?!” indicating that coffee had spilled on her clothing, she dropped my change on the floor behind the counter and stomped away. The male budtender next to her, who had watched the entire strained transaction and coffee spill over reaction said “What is she a witch that would melt?” harking back to the Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz. The male budtender was clearly embarrassed by his co-worker’s behavior. He picked my change off of the floor and handed it to me. This coffee incident was such a spectacle all of the other customers and most of the budtenders stopped to watch. Yet, only the male budtender that finished my transaction had any reaction to this behavior—which makes me believe this behavior is typical for Twin Peaks. If your employees don’t want to provide any customer service, then they should not be working a customer service capacity. Never yell at a customer. Management should have immediately responded to this budtender’s behavior, but did not. Further if you are concerned about drinks spilling on your clothing, maybe have a company policy of no drinks behind the counter. It was an awful retail experience and I would never recommend that anyone goes to Twin Peaks. Heed this warning!

These bums deserve to go out of business

I have been visiting Twin Peaks since they opened here in Longmont and rarely do I need to go elsewhere. They always have the best top shelf flower and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The service here is great which makes shopping here easy and pleasant. Rod

This lower price concentrates are very poor quality. The flower I bought for testing hit 12% decarb off the shelf. First few months the service was pretty good, today I went in and the bud tender was unfriendly and borderline rude, and I believe she is a manager. Go to a different dispensary when in Boulder County, all the rest are better.

Yeah I like the location except these last few gorilla glue is about seven and they just burned up! I gave information and I guess whatever works for the store but I thought it was..: oh let’s call it not so good customer service

The half ounce I bought on select tier was shake/stems. They did not reply to my email asking to fix the situation.

Was in from out of town and was very pleased with TP. Excellent bud tenders who are friendly and knowledgeable. And the products are just as good as their environment. Easy 5 stars and will return and would recommend to anyone. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I cant seem to figure out to change my 2 stars to 1 star but I’m so mad after trying to grind up my “top shelf” half of GG, I will leave another bad review just to make sure no one wastes their $$! I am finding smaller than popcorn nugs, stems and shake. Crooks! Taking advantage of the current situation where you cant see anything in store. The other half I got is larfy buds and with wirey stems shooting everywhere. $75 for that? Screw this place - will never go back! Not even if you pay me! I feel robbed by a legal dispensary!
