Friendly and helpful staff. I arrived and needed to be in and out with in 30 mins, due to an appointment. I let the staff know and they went above and beyond to make this happen.

I moved here about 3 months ago and have been going to the Port Charlotte location since it’s extremely close to the house and I've been shopping at trulieve for over 1.5 years now, that being said Rick is the first TruHost to say hi to me, BY NAME, before I even checked in and handed him my card. He remembered me from going in so frequently. That extra bit of care and attention goes a long way. Thanks for making me always feel welcomed even if I’m having a bad day Rick, much appreciated sir!

Staff is wonderful. I just have a problem with there marketing department. if you don't have the supply don't bait and switch folks trying to get medicine. flower there is always hard to get not gonna wait 2 hours to have my hopes up. I don't vist there mwf if
need flower I drive South or North to a better run dispensary looks a methadone clinic on those days. Corporate is the problem and I've seen customers get really NASTY with the employees. I blameTruileve marketing corporate team need to get their act together feels very uncomfortable visiting alot of their FL locations.

I absolutely love coming to get my medicine here! The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Only good vibes here at this huge Trulieve location.

The Port Charlotte location will send you an text saying your order is ready for pickup but when arrive you still have to wait 3 hours after checking in to receive it! Also to day I received a promotional text for a sale product that they don't even have. What's the point?
I have sent several complaints to Trulieve, you know on their website where they promise to get back to you within 24 hours, and have never gotten a reply.

The guy named rick who always checks me in up front is always so nice and a super funny guy too. I love coming here cause the atmosphere is so friendly and all the people are nice. The representatives in the showroom are always so social I can’t recall all their names but some are Anthony, Daniel, and Carlos

The initial appearance and marketing presentations for said business exceeded expectations. That, unfortunately, is the best opinion I may provide for you concerning the procurement process at this dispensary. I placed two orders on line, at Port Charlotte location, in advance of store pick up , placed on two different days. The first experience, in store, I encountered was much less than expected. I was a new patient. I expected to be welcomed into the "practice". I was not. I expected to have my order completed. Several items were out of stock. No realistic or logical excuse was provided for out of stock per-ordered items. Without going into details, the second trip provided no more confidence in procuring desired products or receiving standard practices in a consumer exchange purchase. We consumers are aware you have a product in high demand. We the consumers demand improved business practices so that your business may thrive...not just survive as is the perception. Thanks.
