Trulieve - Melbourne

Stop supporting Sunshine Cannabullies.

Used to think that Trulieve was the best price/selection/service in the state, but not any longer. The only product that isn't overpriced is the preground flower, and that dries out so fast you don't want to buy much at a time. Good thing you can only order 2 of any one kind. Now if you could just get them to deliver it that would be nice. Have had an issue with every single order I have placed in the last 5 weeks. No such thing as on time delivery any more. Bait and switch more than once. Kinda sucks when you place an online order for delivery and find out two days later you need to go to the store to get it and when you do your order isn't even close to what you need. There was a place on the website that stated Trulieve would only call you if there was a problem with your order, yeah don't hold your breath. The only way you can contact them is thru customer service center, you can't even talk to someone in the store. The biggest in the state needs a severe overhaul. It has been my experience in life that most problems like this are caused by poor management. Very sadly disapointed.

Trulieve screwed me over on their "clearance" sale, made my anxiety spike while arguing with the rep in store over the whole issue. They have been patronizing and unapologetic despite me having the receipt for my purchase and refusing to honor their mistake. The rep even tried to talk me out of my Member berry shatter because it's hard to come by and it was their favorite; they were "willing" to trade me their own purchase of Jack Herrer, (which was purchased with their employee discount), and give it to me for what they purchased it for while saying, "I really shouldn't be doing this". Is Trulieve the wild west of cannabis dispensaries? Making up prices and rules as they go along?! Steer clear of this place, give your money to another dispensary that cares about you, not just your money. Never shopping there again. Trulieve sucks. F@$K trulieve.

Always exceptionally SLOW, point discounts non-stackable, most staff's attitude is poor, NEVER a response from customer service or management. I don't use this company anymore. I never had a problem with the product, but why go here when other dispensaries are much more efficient, have better promotions, equal or superior products, and are customer service oriented.

Best desp in town, do not go anywhere else!

I purchased the powder, drove 30 mins home, and the inside seal had been town 1/2 way off. I have pictures. Manager stated he had no idea how that happened.

I went to Trulieve Melbourne on 11/25/19 at approximately 11:30 am. I was told there would be a 45 minute wait. Others left instead of waiting but I stayed because I was not in a rush. Slowly the waiting room emptied of people there before me as new customers continued to arrive. Then several of these new walk-ins, whom I watched come in, went ahead of me. They were walking in and being called within 5 minutes and there I was still waiting. I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, a man and a woman, then later to the manager. They offered no explanation and treated me poorly for telling them of their unprofessional acceptance of patients in no particular order. I have spent close to $1000.00 at this location but will not be returning. If you go there be prepared to wait a long time to then be treated like sh**.

Horrible worst customer service and flower over priced

3 hour wait for a pickup becuase u are understaffed? Or out of product AS ALWAYS??

Go to another location, attitude for no reason and not helpful at all.

But again if anyone is new to the marijuana industry I would HIGHLY going to see Jacob Dittenber at Trulieve Melbourne he makes it very easy and knows his shit. Texts from the company saying “shop now online” and website updates are on two different clocks. However, the people at this trulieve are kind, smart and helpful. I always feel super welcome and they’re always so friendly and kind, even when there’s an issue. Overall, awesome staff, awesome store 💞

didn't have 3/4 of the product Leafly listed them having. Staff got upset and impatient when I asked about info on the terp profiles. I knew more about the flower than the budtenders I did my research about the flower online before I went.

WORST TRULIEVE I've visited..No atmosphere and its run like a prison... I'm not shopping there again ! Why does this Trulieve have to be so different from all the others that I have visited?? No friendliness , no manager present most of the time, (he likes's hiding in the back room)... Never enough cashiers, if there were enough everyone wouldn't be so tense! TS ONE OF THE BIGGEST TRULIEVES< AND WORST MANAGED!! Only once have all registers been opened nd that was grand opening< .. WINEX. air purifiers on location are filthy!! I've mentioned this to management , and 4 weeks later still no change..no excuse,, shitty store.. sorry its in my county.. last time here !!

Wonderful location with knowledgeable staff who are super kind. I had a delightful experience and found some mind blowing crumble. I highly recommend their strain Paradise Waits!
