Trulieve - Gainesville

This the first time I’ve ever done a review so bare with me. I have been a trulieve customer for about 6 months now. The positives of trulieve Great products Decent prices Most of the employees are friendly The negatives however are now adding up to more than the positives. Thus why I’m leaving the review Out of stock on popular items almost all the time The employees at the Gainesville location on 6th street will send customers outside to wait in the 100 degree weather for 20 minutes while continually letting in other customers. I counted ten people coming in, staying in & getting served while me & 3 other customers, all there first (with online orders) we’re left outside to wait. Basically there is no rhyme or reason for customers getting to wait inside vs outside. Or who gets service before you. I’ve had to say something two different times about letting people who have checked in after you go before you both in the walk in line & the “express” line. When you do say something It’s always someone else’s fault for any problem. Employees will blame it on the system, the time of day anything except for the fact that they just let people wait inside regardless of their spot in line. I don’t understand why trulieve can not get a system in order that works. No other dispensary’s in Gainesville have problems like this. I’ve never had to wait outside anywhere other than trulieve. I’ve never had people obviously get to skip others anywhere BUT trulieve. I’m not sure what corporate needs to do but there is an issue with either mine or other customers wait time & orders EVERY time I go. It’s starting to get unbearable.

I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.

Wonderful experience every time. Always ready to answer questions and tell me that I can call any time if I think of anything I want to ask. I love how caring, knowledgeable, considerate, patient oriented, and polite they are at the Gainesville Trulieve location. I greatly appreciate the quality Trulieve has taken in their choice of representatives. Great products, representatives, delivery, and service. A++

I went to this location as a new patient because it’s one of the most popular dispensaries in town. I didn’t have a great experience, granted it was during the pandemic, and I didn’t have an awful experience either. First off, they are busy! As they were only fulfilling scheduled pickup orders, you had to wait to get a text confirmation to schedule a time when your order was ready. I waited about 2.5 hours after placing my order before I received the text. The text was weird and said to reply with a time to reserve your five minute pickup window. As the pickup hours were ending in 15 minutes, I texted that I could be there in 5 minutes and entered my time. I headed to the dispensary and made it there within the 5 minutes. I never received a text back so I walked in and was questioned about the reservation time. I stated the time I asked for, which was the current time, and they instructed me I had to wait for a response. I told them I didn’t know and it was my first time. They had me take a seat and talked amongst themselves that it should be ok. It was very busy and crowded inside. When I was called into the back, my experience was very business transaction like and not personal at all. The employees did not make small talk or really acknowledge me other than to verify my information. They never asked if i had any questions or explained the process of buying marijuana to me. I felt a little like a dear in headlights. It doesn’t help that there are a lot of employees and what look like security guards gathered around. That being said, the product I received was decently priced and effective at treating my needs. Perhaps they’ve just become too popular to slow down and focus on the patient relationship or it’s the crazy times we’re in,

Didn't like the guy with the GUN! Just doesn't seem practical to need a gun at a weed deal? Trulieve is TruGhetto! Someone might should remind TruThugs at Trulieve that they are not the only source in town! After 3 years shopping with them, we're done! #Trulievestrash

Best quality product of the other dispensaries. Waiting room is really unpleasant and staff is oftentimes rude or lacking knowledge of their strain effects to give accurate recommendations. If you know what you want go here.

By far my favorite place to shop! It's always a blast, Brandon and Jeorge were extremely helpful and made my experience even better then normal.

Amazing place, love the product and people

As always my Trulieve experience was great! I would like to recognize Michelle, Genesis and the awesome security guard Kelly. Vandy was helpful as always as well. Also Trulieves social media person Emily Woods she is such an asset to Trulieve and amazing resource for patients on social media. I drive from near Jax to Gainesville just for the experience and the people. Thank you Trulieve! Gainesville Trulieve the best dispensary in the state!

A relaxing store, but I waited 40mins in an empty store to be helped, I couldn't get any information on the effects of any products, and both the CBD and THC vapes I tried tasted chemical and even the CBD flared up my asthma (vaping had not been much of an issue from other dispensaries until I tried these). I was also surprised to see my ACDC CBD vape was extracted from Remedy and I assume artificially "flavored". Definitely more of the budget option, I got what I paid for. Have not tried any oral solutions yet. I had this visit back in mid 2018 (I believe it was August) and just never got around to reviewing until now.

had a great experience first time being in Nathan B was a great help awesome people very knowledgeable wonderful experience will be returning several times I can't say enough about all of the workers and Gainesville location I visit three different locations for my reasons of travel I love Gainesville and the folks that work there

I love this store I love the staff very knowledgeable helpful and patient thank you. I like that you had a good variety of flour my favorite was the green crack hopefully you will be getting more of that in I was looking for God's gift hopefully you'll be getting that into but overall experience a 10 thank you

Be prepared to wait even if you preorder online. Love the staff and customer service but they need to consider a second location in Gainesville.

Michele and Aja were so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I loved my experience with them at Trulieve! I was, frankly, nervous that I would not understand how everything worked, but they made it so so easy and I am so grateful. I feel so comfortable and happy! Love this Trulieve.

I think Trulieve is my new home. Out of all of the dispensaries I've been to, you guys are the most compassionate and knowledgeable and have the MOST available product. I drive from Lake City and tonight I arrived at 7:45PM. That's just 15 min to close. Everyone was awesome at the check in desk, not a very long wait at all, I felt guilty and apologized for coming so late and Ashley made me feel so welcome regardless. Rebecca took excellent care of me and I even got great treatment and advise from Zach, Rebecca and Vandy!

Awesome service. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Dog friendly a plus. I highly recommend Gainesville Trulieve to everyone.

Still new to the dispensary world and every time I go in everyone is so welcoming! There was a little wait but they make the room super chill and comfortable to wait in. I had Gabriella today and she rocked!! So informative and willing to help me! Everyone being cranky about the wait.. These guys are so dope & totally worth the wait! Hash tag Tip Your Budtender!

I don't do computers you have a very good selection,but your sold out before I can make an order.Then if I'm lucky and make one you say it's ready and then you sit in the damn parking lot for hours
