I think you should reconsider how you have immune compromised patients and those with mental health issues standing outside in a long line with other people who are taking off their mask and wiping their sweat. I like Harvest, but I’ve been disappointed with their structure around Covid.
After waiting over 1hr in the heat and being treated like crap by the "security guard" and Staff i decided to leave and pick up my order at Peake ReLeafe across the street. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, air conditioned, people were extremely kind and genuinely happy to see me. Not the case at Harvest. They almost asked people to leave and either come back later or not come back at all. Low budget and low rent establishment. With three other dispensaries so close by, no need to go to harvest ever again, in my opinion. Lost another customer Harvest!! Way to go!
The sales are phenomenal, if you can get through, Online ordering is iffy, and the phones won’t be answered. Don’t show up, until your order has been prepared. Then, be prepared to wait an hour in the heat
The reward points are nice, but, it’s a real hassle to use them. You have to find the reward page on your cellphone, in the heat.
I ONLY come for the sales
Best deals and staff Ive come across in MD. Only downside is flower deals are super scarce since quarantine.

My overall experience with Harvest was great! Dispensary was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable...I felt they really were interested in what I was looking for. Definitely going to make here my home dispensary ... and the price is always in my budget!! Keep up the good work guys

As many times as I’ve been to harvest this by far had to be one of my best experiences. My budtender Tyree was super patient and helpful. I came in there with no clue on how to use the point system, unsure and indecisive about what I wanted and started to get flustered. But Tyree stuck with me the entire time. With smiles and encouragement.
I’ve never ever, ever felt this much frustration with any other dispensary in my area so it’s kind of sad I’m writing this review. I love Harvest, their products are great the staff is generally friendly but they need to seriously work on their policies. I am registered as a patient and can go in and out of Harvest to purchase items regularly, but this whole point system is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for about two years before they came and up with the whole Cannseurs thing. I’m nineteen, going on twenty but have to be twenty-one in order to use my points?? It’s ludicrous that I can PURCHASE the exact same products with cash, but can’t redeem points solely because of my age. They’ve never tried to accommodate, or make exceptions. What’s really frustrating is that after confronting them about it they’ve suddenly amped up, becoming sooo strict on enforcing this new policy? Like really? It’s just petty at this point. I’m tired of feeling so frustrated with a dispensary I used to love coming to. Now I want to avoid it all together, maybe if it weren’t for the over four-hundred dollars worth of points I wouldn’t be this upset but again harvest has made no attempts to try and accommodate. It’s basically age discrimination when we get down to it. They should just make the whole freaking dispensary 21+ bc I’m done.
I like how fast and efficient their curbside pick up is. When you order online you immediately receive a notification text that your order has been received.
Efficient staff.
Harvest is my fav dispo! Very friendly staff and great deals, personally I have never had issues with wait times or online ordering. I suggest leaving after you receive your confirmation to avoid super long wait times.

My first visit, I had no idea what to expect since it was my first time really visiting a dispensary. The receptionist was super welcoming, and even printed out my MMC since I only had a digital version. My budtender was also excellent, asking other employees for recommendations when he wasn't as familiar with certain products. Overall, Harvest HOC was a great first dispensary experience and I'll definitely be back!

I enjoy this store more than any other dispensary. They don't drop the ball because there is no ball. Harvest budtenders possess an energy and knowledge base that embodies the giving mantra of the company; HRVSF The atmosphere, and customer care given to each patron is "to the Moon".

Kason is my G, he’s extremely friendly and polite. There is also another young guy, who’s full of swag, and he handles the crowd and getting the product to customers efficiently. The ladies are friendly as well, and always know exactly what to suggest. Harvest have great deals and the product is great. With all the staff I’ve interacted with, they always make me feel like their #1 customer which is how I want to feel.

Awesome customer service
I used to go to harvest all the time, the deals on flower are good and the quality of their product seems to be improving as well. However, since covid started, they've been completely disorganised, with the longest wait times I've seen at any dispensary and a very poorly thought out pickup system. Furthermore, it seems like their out-of-state corporate managers push these infrequent but ridiculous deals (7/10 deal, seeded Oz's for 99$, etc), often with no purchase limits, that leave the store in absolute chaos. I've showed up to harvest to be greeted by a crowd of maskless, shouting people in the parking lot, with no semblance of a line, and only one security guard all but waving his gun around trying to maintain order. It's an absolute shitshow. I feel for the staff who seem to be trying to make the best of a bad situation, but it's really sad to see this go on in the middle of a deadly pandemic. Harvest's greedy corporate managers ought to be dragged from their boardroom and made to account for the chaos that they cause with this callousness
i guess people will have to come and see for their own experience how the customer service is for themselves or tried to call and ask questions... interprice Big Companies like Harvest should have little more respect for their customers specially on this uncertainty times. I saw a guy the other day asking about his peak puffco why it doesn't function and the answered wasn't very pleasant. poor guy .. i though it was just him,but last time I went i got carried because my name was Spanish and today it was the same mean attitude like I had been disrespectful or nothing. I can't ask a simple question about my medicine because I get sent back to the computer the harvest website where they could allow people to see what medication is best for them or for me. sad the world we live on.
It’s so slow to get a pickup order. Not sure why it takes so long but they take your cash and ID and it’s like 15 minutes to bring out the order. Love the shop but need to get a better process for pickup.

Good dispensary. Very quick on my pickup order. Amazing job during pandemic.
Great customer service. Very knowledgable team. Prior to Covid they were amazing. After the Covid shut down, they did such an amazing job during that transition. They never missed a beat and remain great in all they do.
