Trulieve - Pensacola Nine Mile

Attended the grand opening of the newest Pensacola, FL Trulieve today and met a lot of great people. Patients and employees. What other dispensaries offer free food, shirts, hats, mugs, buttons, etc for an opening? Not many(any) i know of. As far as I and a good majority of people are concerned, this is the 2nd best dispensary in town. Second only to the Davis trulieve location. Rachel and Amber helped me today and they are always great. I always feel like a pain asking what all is In stock, is it indica, sativa, thc count, etc, but they are always incredibly kind and helpful and never make me feel like a burden unlike other local dispensaries sometimes do. I heard Amber was promoted to manager and that is great news because she is an amazing employee that goes above and beyond to help you. She's gone out of her way to find a specific strain I was looking for, and to a patient who relies on this as actual medicication, that really makes you very appreciative someone like that has your back. Besides all products being great, that is a huge part of what keeps customers wanting to return to Trulieve, the incredible customer service. A+++ EVERYTHING

This place can never get their inventory correct so you can order online from their own website. This is the 5th order in a row that I have place with them, that they did not have everything I ordered online. They do not inform you of what they do not have, so its just a best guess when you get to dispensary. I never walk out with everything I order, that is why I do not go here very often anymore. I mean how hard is it to keep inventory on same system as your own ordering system. Disappointed almost every visit.

I LOVE this new location! It is so much more convenient for me. The staff are amazing! They are so helpful and eager to share their experiences. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the fellow that helped me yesterday and I couldn’t find it on the receipt. He was great and I’d had him help me before. As far as products go they have as good or better, in most cases, as anyone else. Their selection of bud is amazing! A shout out for Chris! I am definitely a TRULIEVER!!

I ordered online and the store was very clean. In and out less than 5 minutes!

Trulieve on 9 mile is a great dispensary. The product is the best in Pensacola. There is a good variety of strains and types. There is also medicine for several budgets, including ground for 25 or artesnial strains for more. The lobby is clean. The queuing system is organized . There is even express pick up for unchanged online orders that take minutes. During promotions it can get packed and long waits ensue but they've been working on this. The bud tenders are kind and helpful. Everyone is worked with is great. Sabrina stands out because she is all of the above and it's clear that helping people is a joy for her.

So this was my first time here, it won't be my last time. They put me in the express pick-up room. I can't wear a mask. I was not able to go in the actual room. Worked out perfect for me. I got the best service from Sabrina. We talked about what I was looking for, and my different options. She went out and got me a whole bunch of options. I will definitely be back to see Sabrina. Great first time experience. Thanks Sabrina.

Unlike certain dispensaries, employees such as Jodie, at nine mile, take the time to search the store for the requested product. I am almost always satisfied, especially with ground, minis,as well as cultivar and blue river.

My first time at the nine mile location and Sabrina was extremely helpful and very much excited to help even though it was 8pm and close to closing time(unfortunately, work makes it hard to get In any sooner) Unlike the Davis location, I will most definitely be back! Management was also very helpful and pleasant. Take notes Davis! This is what customer service should be like. Not that mess y’all got going on!

I like every time I order online I get my confirmation and the pickup is so fast, usually. They always help if there is a problem with my order and try to fulfill the best they can. I don't complain, it's legal marijuana folks. Enjoy your selves.
