Trulieve Framingham

Lack of caring about my concerns will costbthem a customer.. I discovered that Trulieve has overpriced products compared to what is happening in the local Framingham market. Nothing here seems to warrant the added cost. Staff is young and not very courteous. I found the staff to be juvenile in appearance and communication and not as knowledgeable as expected... Have found others qt Union Twist and Nova Farms to be more sincerely helpful.

Went to Trulieve as it was listed as a medical dispensary. When I arrived, the gentleman at the counter informed me that they were just recreational (as opposed to how it is listed in Leafly). Once it was clear that they were not the shop I was looking for, the reasonable answer is, "sorry, we are not a medical location. Our nearest medical dispensary is in Northampton." Instead he kept asking me what I was looking for ("are you looking for strong weed?"), and trying to convince me to buy at their recreation price. Once it became clear that they could not help me, I said "thank you" and headed out the door. His response was, "What's your problem?" There are more than enough medical and recreational dispensaries in the Meto West area so there is no reason to put up with rude, threatening, unhelpful, pushy salesmen. I highly recommend that you go anyplace else!
