I have nothing nice to say about this location or the company. I have placed 13 online orders and guess what they are all still processing. Tried reaching out via chat on the website , I was told that the location is over a week behind w online orders. I am not sure why , but even after never getting a completed order, I went in. Huge mistake. Sat there waiting for 2 hours meanwhile several people in and out my place in line not changing. Finally I asked the person at the desk. She said opps forgot to get you in the que! Really?! So since i was waiting so long and it was her mistake do you think they would get me in ? No! I was told i go to the back of the line and have to wait again . I asked for my card back so I could go somewhere else, she acted like she wouldn’t give it back- asked for a manager- no one around she said. I finally got my card back but believe me I will be going to MUV , Sutterra, or Fluent n will never ever be back here, this place is a joke- a bad one!!

Normally I'm quite happy with them other than having to wait in line for an hour to pick up filled online order. However, the issues that occurred Thanksgiving week were unacceptable, in my opinion. We were told to place online orders Thursday to pick up Friday. I never got any communication telling me my order was ready & when checking the status online was told it was "processing." Now here it is Sunday and I get the same response, when you call and sit on hold for 30 minutes no one gets on the line. I went up there and was told all the orders were lost. So after waiting 4 days I'm told my order is gone & there is no stock. Why were people not informed about this when it happened? This is all after I attempted to check on my order on Friday and was treated very rudely by the security guard basically refusing to assist me in anyway. Very bad for business.

Long story short, haven't gone to trulieve in quite a while, place an order, drive 50 minutes one way, get there it's not ready!! Then get told (with massive amounts of attitude) that there's 14 people ahead of me and that what I ordered would sell out before I can go to the back!! This place just plain sucks. Atmosphere is terrible!! Prices are atrocious and no matter when you go you have to wait!! Went down the street to a competitor and was in and out in less than 5 minutes 😳 overall crappy experience and I won't go back even if they give the product away!!

I had made an online order followed it did online chat and also tried to call it took over three days with no response Usually they are pretty good I don’t know if they’ve gotten new staff that doesn’t know what they’re doing or computer glitches but I was pissed I’m only giving it one star because it won’t let me submit it without doing it

Very disappointed in this dispense. I tried to order WB "minis" online but it was "out of stock", so ordered "whole flower" @ $16 more than minis.
I opened the jar and found minis! I showed it to the clerk and she growned then showed it to a supervisor. The supervisor looked at it and muttered "nuggies". Then said, "it was packaged as whole flower, so it is whole flower". He did not offer an exchange at the store. It was obvious that minis had been packaged as whole flower! Mistakes are okay, but not to offer a refund or exchange immediately, and overcharge a customer $16 by fraud is just street crime. I wont ever go to Unbelieve again...😐

For starters their website is garbage. It is never accurate. Orders take four to five hours to fill after being placed. Their location in Fort Walton is always overcrowded . I've had my order say it's been filled get there and it was filled with the wrong products.. 👎👎

I feel a calming effect as soon as I walk through the doors. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Lexi is a wonderful person. I seem to always get her at the register and it makes me happy. Knowledgeable and patient with you when you don't know what you want. Thank you Lexi! I have been to other dispensaries but always come back to trulieve. You have the best products, best quantity, and quality.

So it’s my first time here in over 5 months and it stopped coming here cause they usually took a while and they were pretty low on inventory but today i went in there and i was out in 10 min. Budtender David was very helpful and nice!! I recommend coming here since there more competition around and not everyone in town is coming here.

Professional, Cool Vibe, Great Staff!
"Professor Cannabis" is a great asset to our FWB location. He's way crazy knowledgeable about anything cannabis & is happy to answer/explain anything asked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
😕 Too many out of stock items too often would be my only criticism.

First of all I would like to say I have shopped here at this location now for a while and my service today was great. I had the please of having Ethan and Danny today and the service and knowledge were great. Ethan has now helped me a couple of times and always with great greetings and is always helpful. Both were amazing, quick and very courteous. Thank you both a lot.

I am 55 years old and have recently retired. I started managing restaurants in my early twenties and know a little about customer service. I came to Trulieve after being diagnosed with several issues from PTSD to diabetes and arthritis. I knew nothing about the strains that could help me but thanks to the team there I was learning a lot with every visit. In addition to the staff's knowledge, they do something called smiling, saying hello, welcoming you in, saying goodbye to you as you leave. A lost art in customer service. I do not know the name of the manager or managers at the Trulieve in Fort Walton Beach, Florida they are doing a terrific job with their team. Keep up the good work. I came away from so many years of customer service remembering a couple of statements that resonated with me. People don't quit their jobs, they quit their bosses and success is self-evident in your people!!! I can't wait to meet all of the team members, but I would like to give a BIG SHOUT out to just a few of them. Thank you for going to work and really changing the lives of people like me, my man Jacob and my two girls Allison and Tori. You guys and girls are the BEST!!!

Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

I have placed several online orders, wait to get a confirmation, try to check in to find out I still have to wait, and for what! , to find out that product I wanted is UNAVAILABLE, EVERYTIME!!! Why won't they admit they are OUT! NO, IT'S NOT A DIFFERENT BATCH!!!!!!! DONT LIE!!! IF YOU DONT HAVE IT DONT PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE!!! THATS FALSE ADVERTISING!! ALSO, the Davis St. location is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

Seems like they have worked out the kinks in their new system, placing order and picking up was a smooth process and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Zach was especially helpful, very knowledgeable about the different strains and products available and was able to make great recommendations!

First and foremost it has to be put out in the open, Trulieve has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, yes, an "F" rating! Truelieve's practices are pure crap, their website and app are pure crap! Why is it when someone places an online order their order tends to be changed to something they did not order? Why is it that Trulieve cannot put enough developer involvement to get the app and website to work properly where orders are received and acknowledged properly, send messages properly and timely to customers? Why is it that Trulieve has the online order option for customers to be able to make it easier for themselves to get the product they need, but then have walk-in customers to come in and be put ahead of the online customers because the walk-in customers are "shopping"? Where does this ignorant mentality come from? The way I, and I believe most common sense people would see it, "shoppers" are not always going to buy something, but someone who took the time to place an order for a product will be buying something. Those "shoppers" need to wait in line just as anyone else would have to at a location that has an appointment =online order and just strolls in off the street. They can stroll right to a seat and wait. Also, why is it that Trulieve has provided products to customers that were returned by other customers and some of the product is missing? (this has happened me) Why is it that Trulieve will show a product is not available at a particular location, but when it is inquired about the specific product while in the showroom/shopping area, an employee or manager goes through the rabbit hole door to Alice In Wonderland and then returns from the other side with the inquired product? There seems to be something more going on within Trulieve that is not necessarily right and may be the reason for the "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.
