Awesome Trulieve location, This is definitely my new go-to store!

The staff is rude. They mocked my concerns when asking about their products. They are also CONSTANTLY out of flower.

Advertises higher percentages than they dispense. Management likes to call customers aggressive if unhappy with their false advertising. Half of the staff has been around and knows what they’re doing. Other half and management tonight never seen before. Really rude. Need competition in the area and I guess the medical folks to look at dispensing lower percentages than advertised. Please note I’ve checked none of the boxes below. Will make every effort not to return.

The Service SUCKS…you will WIT forever even with an online orders

Marsha is a gem of an assistant there at FB Trulieve. She subtly encourage a product that worked for me better than the alternatives. For that I am thankful. The sales they offer are affordable for for anyone.

Trulieve Jacksonville area have really improved on quality, availability, competitive prices. The dispensary store is a little small and located quite a ways from home. Trulieve now offers free delivery to patients 65+ or over 200.00 purchase. With the current situation our country is in delivery is very convenient, safer &, they deliver next day ! Thank You Trulieve, keep up the good work.

Trulieve Fernandina is a great store and they do their very best to bring quality THC products to our community! I would definitely recommend checking out their online menu & trying to make an order prior to your visit! All of the staff- the Ashleys, the Skylars(ers), MoneyMeg, Fred, Hannah, Brad, David, Dylan, Josh, Drew, Devin, & I'm sure I missed a couple awesome people, they all are very kind & cool! I always manage to see an old friend there, and they even like my dog most of the times!? LoL, the strains are good, Cultivar is premium as well as the Primo cut flower and many times out of reach for us bargain & sale shoppers! They offer amazing daily deals and you can always get your bang for your buck if you shop wisely through the week! They have some great concentrates from Blue River, Muse, & lower priced items done with their label. Strains like Member Berry, Papaya Cake, UpsideDown Pineapple Cake, & a variety of Cookies strains are usually available in any form you might like! Edibles are usually on sale once or twice per week so it's nice to be able to get those at a discount if you need them as well! The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, & want to help make our lives more manageable with the products available! Thanks for reading my book about the local dispensary, be blessed!

I want to start by saying THANK YOU Trulieve for opening right up the road from me. After going to the grand opening, I have 2 new friends, Wes and Andel. These 2 guys are awesome! They are both extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. The new location is welcoming and a thing of beauty. There is plenty of parking and it's easily accessible. The showcases are well laid out and user friendly. When a new patient needs help or advice, everybody there is quick to help. It would definitely be worth it to give them a try.

First of all, FRED is the best bud tender ever!! I have never had such a fulfilling shopping experience buying anything, really. He is so affable and never makes me feel rushed. He always makes great suggestions with different routes and strains. All of my new favorites have been suggested by him. If you ever visit, ask for him. All of the Budtenders there are nice, they make great suggestions and always offer the best deals and discounts allowed. Money Meg also deserves a special shout out!! Always exceptional service with them. Again - never a bad experience. The wait times can be long, but the wait is always pleasant. The concierge always tells you how long the wait will be, accurately. This location is probably the top Trulieve that I have been to, and I have been to about all of them in Jax metro at this point. The only room for improvement, I think, is the check in process for people with online orders. They should be prioritized a little higher because they did the work and entered the orders ahead of time. I have entered the same time as a walk in and just about every time we get assigned a budtender at the same time and leave at the same time. There is no upside to ordering online, in my opinion. 10/10 customer service; 8.5/10 overall (wait times for online orders)

I had a great experience my first time buying legally. Marsha was very helpful and made me comfortable. It’s a bit pricey, have to save all my pennies to get my monthly supplies, it’s hard for people on social security. I will say it’s better than the garbage the Drs. Prescribe.

This location epitomizes the Trulieve Mission. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with multiple smiles, to the entire experience, being tended to pleasantly and promptly. The entire staff present a family atmosphere and that alone invites me back for another visit, perpetually. They’re knowledgeable and willing to share information which matters most to you and your preference of medicating.

It was my first time here today, everyone made it so easygoing and welcoming. The product is also quality 👌🏼

About 6 months ago, I was going to the ER every other night for severe migraines and panic attacks. Fast forward to now, 3 months using MMJ from Trulieve, and I haven’t been a single time since I received my card.
