Trulieve - West Bradenton

First time in this afternoon. Every employee was helpful from the moment I walked in. Caleb took the time to explain the different strains and products to me. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. All the products are high quality and super effective. I will be back very soon!

I was having a bad day, It was a day right before the holiday when everyone was out. My phone didn't receive the text until the time allotment was over I had to go in to start over and to find out what was going on. My feeling's of being left out in the cold comfort of cooperate responsibility were setting in. When my name was finally called they sent me back to my assistant. A young professional lady named Chane with what I can only call the best positive proactive attitude. My order was laid out and Chane was making sure everything was good including a battery return that I had mentioned when I walked in the first time. It's refreshing to see employee's who pay attention and care about what they do.

W. Bradenton is always well stocked with medicine choices and you cannot beat the service. Caleb always takes excellent care of me, as do all others. Staff takes great care to ensure the waiting room is not overcrowded and is clean. Thank you

It seems like every time I drive past this location that the parking lot is packed full! So they must be doing something right! Besides being very busy, all of the staff that I've encountered so far has been extremely friendly, helpful and helped to create good shopping experiences. The employees seem extremely knowledgeable and if there is a question that they aren't sure of, they'll ask for help from a co-worker. The teamwork and communication and interpersonal skills are on point. Brittney S. and Glenn helped me during my most recent visit to this location. The two of them did an excellent job of educating and informing me about a couple of products that I had questions about. After our conversation I felt more confident in my knowledge and I also purchased the product...which are qualities of a good employee and salesperson. Brittney was extremely generous to me during this visit, as my total was $82 but I actually only had $81 in my wallet at the time. She checked to see if I had enough reward points, which I didn't, and then she offered to help me out by using $1 of her own personal money to help me out. This was an extremely helpful and cool gesture by her, which I am grateful for. I'm also satisfied with the product I purchased and with the entire experience.

I visited yesterday afternoon for the first time after receiving my medical card and had a wonderful experience with Kayden (I hope I spelled his name right). He was extremely informative and helpful when explaining the different product lines to me, and the overall environment of the establishment is pleasant and welcoming. I'm excited to return in the future and explore the variety that Trulieve has to offer!

I walk into this dispensary in West Bradenton Florida and let me tell you they embrace me like I was family. That is why I continued to go to this location. They are happy, fun, very informative about alllll the products, gives advice, in which I taken, go beyond status quo to assist me, in my choices. Explain products to me very thorough. My first visit was yesterday, and I have to say that I was impressed from the time I walked in the door. The ladies upfront were welcoming and informative about the process. When I was taken back, Kaden helped me out and went over absolutely everything and put me at ease. Kaden is very informative of all the products and use. He answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Thank you Kaden for the awesome experience and amazing customer service!

I was over 50 before I ever tried it.. So many questions. West Bradenton has the most Incredible employees and continue to be compassionate, caring and a major part of my health care team..
